Orlando Villas

A large Disney area home (2085 sq ft) located at the top of a quiet cul de sac in Oak Island Harbor in the Formosa Gardens Estates area of Kissimmee Just about as close to the Disney parks and other attractions as you can get without actually buying a ticket!!
This Disney villa is fully air conditioned, has a tiled living area furnished with beautiful quality luxury furniture. 50 inch LCD TV, DVD player, HI FI, access to large pool deck area. Also downstairs in this great Florida villa is a fully equipped full size kitchen with all the equipment and appliances you are likely to need. In addition there is a dining area plus a breakfast bar.
The villa has a further quiet seating area with 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player
This Disney area villa`s master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, bedside tables and lamps, set of drawers, flat screen TV, phone, clock radio, , ceiling fan, carpeted floor. A walk in wardrobe is also a feature of this room as is access to the pool for your morning dip in your very own Florida villa`s pool and spa!! This master bathroom has an en suite consisting of WC, twin sinks, large garden tub bath, shaver points and a large walk in shower with two shower heads !! No arguments about who is showering first !!
On the second floor there is a second master bedroom with en suite facilities consisting of a small shower, wc and sink, the bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, etc.
There are a further 2 bedrooms on this floor each with 2 twin (single) beds and flat screen TV`s in each.
There is a further family bathroom on this level. The villa has a total of 3 and a half bathrooms
This great Disney villa boasts a larger than average pool and pool deck area which is not overlooked by neighboring homes. There is a bathroom which can be accessed directly from the pool deck. There is an outside shower on the pool deck to rinse off.. All overlooking the large rear garden and lake.
For guests arriving in the winter months we have a natural gas fired pool heater which is way more efficient than the electric heaters that most vacation homes have. (pool heat is optional and at additional cost)

In the game room you will find a professional slate pool table, darts and a ping pong table in the games room for your
additional enjoyment
There is free wi fi broadband internet connection at the home and also a phone that can be used to call free and unlimited to anywhere in USA Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain and Italy (land lines only to Europe)
If you are coming to Orlando you`ll certainly want to visit the areas unique attractions. Our location is ideally situated for getting around the theme parks, we`re as close to Disney as local rental regulations will allow (close enough to hear the fireworks and a genuine 10 minutes to Downtown Disney), a few minutes to the I-4 (the Interstate Highway that takes you up to Sea World and Universal Studios) and just minutes from International Drive.

This wonderful vacation home is just a couple of minutes from the local shops and restaurants at Formosa Gardens Plaza. The Outback Steakhouse, Carabbas Italian Grill, Giordano`s Restaurant, TGI Fridays and the Red Lobster seafood house are all close by, plus a host of other local amenities.
There`s also a Bank, Walgreens drug store and Marketplace (our local Winn-Dixie 24 hour food store), and a choice of two Publix Supermarkets just minutes away by car. The location is quite simply second to none! Guests who have previously stayed in Oak Island Harbour simply will not consider anywhere else the next time they come!
