Located just off highway 192 which has an abundance of shops, restaurants, minor attractions and easy and fast access to all that Central Florida has to offer.
Just a 10 minute drive from the Disney parks!
The family room at the villa has comfortable sofas, tables, lamps, flat screen tv , DVD player, ceiling fan, stereo system. The villa also has broadband internet connection so bring along your laptop!
There are 2 dining areas, one formal and a breakfast nook adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen which has all the labor saving appliances that will help you have a stress free vacation! There is also a high chair for the little ones.
There is a full size washer and dryer and iron / ironing board.
The ground floor master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV, Ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, alarm clock. The private en suite bathroom has a large tub bath, walk in shower, sink and toilet. This bathroom can also be accessed from the pool deck area.
Also on the ground floor is a queen size bedroom with a built in closet, nightstand, lamp, clock and ceiling fan.
There is a family bathroom on this level with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
On the upstairs level there is a further King size master suite with TV, clock, walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom has a bath, shower, twin his n hers sinks, toilet. This bathroom can also be accessed from the upstairs hallway.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 have 2 twin (single beds) in each, TV, clock, built in closet, ceiling fans.
The main feature of this great home is the outside pool deck area. It boasts a much larger than average size pool deck than most vacation rental homes and has a large pool with spa and decorative fountain features. There is a shady lanai area if the sun gets too much.
The entire pool deck area is screened in and is totally not overlooked by neighboring homes.
