Our home is a single-family home, located on a quiet corner, capable of hosting 8-10 adults and children comfortably.

The dwelling has been refreshed with paint and new items everywhere: tile and carpet, plantation blinds and sliding glass-door panels, valances, cotton drapes, light fixtures and ceiling fans, shower heads, sinks and sink hardware in kitchen and all baths, comfort-rise commodes, granite counters and sinks , new towels, linens, bedding.

"Cleanliness is next to God-liness" is exhibited in prepping all mattresses and boxsprings with bedbug-free casings.

Five televisions total, one in each of the four bedrooms plus one large flat screen in the informal family room, allow plenty of together-viewing time as well as solitary time before lights out!

Two family rooms: Formal and Informal

The formal living room, a sitting and reading room (without TV distraction) lies in the area between the foyer and the pool deck. Invitingly-comfortable furniture and furnishings are visible as you enter. Three seats of our semi-circular sofa are wall-away loungers. A round glass-top coffee table serves to hold reading materials and/or snacks and beverages. The sliding glass door at the north end of our formal living room accesses the lanai and the pool.

The (informal) family area invites gatherings with its theatre seating, a large screen TV and a sturdy round cherry cocktail table for beverages & snacks or games.

A 2-drawer white desk, in contrast to the black theatre seating, tables, and room decor, provides the perfect place for computers or laptops. Necessary hook-up and surge protector lies underneath the desk on the zebra rug. Two desk chairs were adjusted for seating at the computer desk.

A triple sliding glass-door entrance from the family room onto the pool deck creates a stunning view of the pool and provides easy access to the pool or the grill on the pool deck.

Please use care when drawing the sliding panels in the formal and informal living areas, as well as the master bedroom.

The lanai or pool deck provides great outdoor space for entertainment any time! Switch on the inside-pool light for special evening swims or outdoor dining ambience!

Even the friendly smile of the "crab in the bucket" under the willow tree at the northwest end of the pool illustrates the warmth here!

The large unbrella'd wrought iron table seats 4-6. Wrought-iron love seat, wicker love seat, chair, and low table provide extra space and seating.The healthy fern in the wicker pot adds tropical-green lush.

The informal family dining area, with glass-top table and sea turtle centerpiece, can seat 4-6. The granite breakfast bar, with 4 barstools, extends into the kitchen area.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with tableware for inside dining and plastic glassware & melamine table ware for eating on the lanai.

A collapsible step-stool, located between washer and dryer in the utility room, will enable easy reach of the decorative plastic Margarita glasses in the kitchen cabinet directly above the refrigerator. Please take special care when using these special items, as they cannot be easily replaced. You may want to purchase you own plastic drinking vessels.

Melamine dinnerware for dining on the lanai can be found in the lower cupboard (beneath the granite counter under the area where the ADT board is located).

A casual 12-piece place setting, pots and pans, ovenware, utensils for cooking, pitchers for juice/iced tea/lemonade are conveniently placed in the kitchen.

Small appliances include: toaster, blender, electric coffee grinder, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, and Magic Bullet meal-assist, available on kitchen counters or within the kitchen cabinets.

A pantry, that you may want to stock with a few items, is nestled between the dining room and the kitchen.

Other kitchen amenities include dishwasher, in-sink food disposal, microwave, range and oven.

An Aussie Walk-A-Bout propane grill is available for grilling hamburgers, steaks, etc outside! Please watch items on the grill to avoid or dissipate smoke getting into the house. The grill can be moved to the cabana side.

The dining room, partially visible upon entering Whispering Palms, is a great place for relaxed yet formal dining. The dining room table comfortably seats six or eight. The dining room table can be also be central for card games, board games.

A buffet/hutch holds china, silverware, goblets in addition to placemats and table coverings to enhance your dining pleasure.

Grandfather Clock lends an old European aura; its lovely chimes will keep you aware of the hour, yet the sounding chimes will not keep you awake!

The master bedroom beckons with king bed, large dresser and mirror, small dresser with lamp and ocean-theme wall hangings above, 3-drawer bedside tables with lamps, mirrored cherry armoire for jewelry and full-length reflection. Sliding glass doors provide an early morning view of the (hoped-for) sun and the pool, as well as access from that room onto lanai and into the pool. Taupe linen-soft sliding panelsprovide privacy by day or night. Serene taupe valances echo taupe colors in quilt, with pillows accented by seafoam green. A louvered door [beneath transom window] between master bedroom and bath provides tropical ambience and privacy. Crown moulding completes the awesome loveliness of the entire area while complementing the taupe-and-ivory brocade wallpaper on two bedroom walls. Master bedroom and bath are uniquely and meaningfully decorated for (y)our appreciation and respect. Master bath encompasses a garden tub, in addition to the shower and commode, and two separate granite-top vanities and a linen closet. Master closet is east of the walkway between bedroom and bath.

The queen bedroom/bath [en-suite] can be a private lock-off.

Queen room acommodates a queen bed, single-drawer nightstands with lamps, large circular mirror, 5-drawer chest and walk-in closet. New soft-blue-and-taupe comforter and pillows accentuate the wall hangings; the round mirror compliments brass-and-wood headboard.

An adjoining cabana bath, with privacy door, features a shower, commode, granite top sink, under-cabinet storage for personal effects. The cabana door opens from the ensuite bath directly onto the lanai and pool.

The cabana is convenient for guests, too, if so desired/allowed, with commode and towels convenient to the pool.The cabana's step-ladder shelf holds pool towels.

Jack-and-jill bedrooms each have two single beds, walk-in closet, and mirrors.

The two bedrooms share the bath located between them.

One, with 5-drawer chest inside the walk-in closet, is youthfully outrigged with surfer theme and wood beds.

The other room is somewhat stately and elegant, with white headboards (sliding panels hide reading material, glasses), lovely spreads of green/chocolate/white hues, wall mirror and prints. Walk-in closet is spacious and holds extra comforters on its shelving.

A linen closet between these two bedrooms provides extra towels.

Jack-and-jill rooms share the third bath. The shower with adjustable hose was installed in the bathtub enclosure. The hotel-style, roomy shower-surround provides ample "elbow room." Completing the shared bath is the granite counter with under-sink cabinet for personal effects and the high-rise comfort commode
