Our villa at Silver Creek on HW27 is the newest phase of the popular Clear Creek built by D.R. Horton.

Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room our luxury home Dolphin Villa Florida can be your perfect vacation retreat.

Close to the main attractions of the Walt Disney World resort, ideally located for the other main attraction off I4 and minutes from the US192 with its many fine restaurants and amusements.

The main lounge has Digital Cable TV, DVD/VCR and a Hi-Fi. It has a large 3 seater sofa which converts to a queen size sleeper. The main lounge also has a single seater and twin sofa to relax with a choice of DVD's after a long day at the parks. There is a telephone available which you can make FREE* international, long distance and local calls during your stay. The main lounge also holds the internet PC which also has WiFi connection for your laptops.

Our home has 5 bedrooms, the two master bedrooms have Queen size beds with ensuite and cable TV/DVD. The two twin rooms have cable 14" TV with DVD and share the main bathroom that also leads to the pool area. Finally the 5th room has a Queen size bed & cable TV/DVD. Our home is able to sleeps 12 max plus the baby cot.

The Kitchen is fully equiped with cutlery, glassware and crockery. If you choose to cook there is a 4 ring hob. oven, grill and microwave.The kitchen table sits 4 and breakfast bar sits 2. The formal dining area seats six, but the table can be extended. Upgraded Pool side furniture is provided, including dining area for 6 under the outside light/fan and two loungers. At night from the floodlit pool you can see the Disney fireworks over the treetops.

FREE* International, national & local calls are available during your stay! If you bring your own laptop you can access the internet for free. We have installed a FREE broadband internet PC with WiFi, a printer which is available for guest use.

The area has plenty of good resturants and if you like to cook there is a Sweet Bay supermarket close to the entrance to the community or 1/2 mile down the road there is a new Super Wal Mart store.

The Cagans Crossing community has an old style shopping area and plenty of beautiful resturants to eat in.

There are a choice of fine resturants with Chilli's and Santa Fe steak house minutes from the house. If you prefer take away then Mc Donalds, Burger King, KFC are also minutes away. You will also find more of these and Dominos, Sub Way & Starbucks along HW27 & US192.

Community Information

Silver Creek is one of the newer developments in the Orlando area. It is situated off Highway 27, over a mile away from the noise and bustle of the main road. It is approached through the quiet residential area of Clear Creek. You will find Silver Creek a quiet area surrounded by natural and manmade lakes, perfect for the keen fisherman. The area has been pleasantly landscaped which is starting to mature and gives a pleasant and peaceful area to wander round in the evening and watch the sunset, or even in the early morning when you may see the balloons overhead. During your wanderings you may be lucky enough to observe the family of sandhill cranes, the turtles and even the odd alligator or two.

Silver Creek is only 12-15 minutes from Disney, the other main parks being a little further away. This may seem a might too far for some but just think you can come home at the end of the day to peace and quiet.
For those who wish to get away for the coast, do not worry both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are within 1½ hours. To the east you find the Atlantic coast where you may even see a Space Launch from Kennedy Space Centre. You can even enjoy the long sandy beaches that seem to stretch forever. To the west is the Gulf Coast and here you find the delights of St. Petersburg and Clearwater, not forgetting the excitement of Busch Garden and the beautiful coastline of the Gulf Coast - each worthy of a day trip and maybe come back in the evening and have dinner and a movie at Downtown Disney.
