This is not your normal vacation home, it’s also the owners second home and as such is loaded with top of the range equipment throughout, including a superb air conditioned games room with 8ft billiard table and 7 ft air hockey table, 51 inch Sony TV, Compaq Computer with 17 inch flat screen monitor with FREE 24 hour high speed internet access and Sony TVs/DVD/CD players in EVERY bedroom. We also offer FREE international and local telephone calls!!!
Personally furnished throughout by the owners to unrivalled standards including luxurious sofas and fine artwork from England and the USA including Thomas Kinkade prints all of which compliment this stunning home.
The two master en-suite bedrooms boast king size luxury beds with top of the range mattresses and both benefit from their own 20" Sony TV and Sony DVD/CD Player. We also offer an additional 4 twin beds, again with luxury mattresses, Sony TVs and Sony DVD/CD players.
Need to work or check out the days’ theme park activities? No problem, we provide a separate beautifully crafted office desk with top-of-the-range computer (24 hour high speed internet access is included in the rental rate), desk telephone, office lamp and executive black leather chair are all provided and compliment our executive and unrivalled furnishings. Seating, dining and comfortable padded patio furniture for 8.
Fans and spotlights fitted throughout by a master electrician (including the lanai). Additional lighting has been installed to the pool area and to the front of the property for your safety and convenience. Electric garage door opener, DVDs/CDs/books and games are all provided to enhance the quality of your stay.
Fully fitted and equipped luxury kitchen with beautiful nook area overlooking the pool. A range of equipment is provided including: oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Cooking utensils provided. Hairdryer provided as are all towels and all linens (all our bed linen is at least 250 thread cotton and is professionally laundered at no additional cost).
Range of baby equipment provided including: portable crib, high chair, baby monitors and a bottle warmer. For the younger children, we have a children's table with 2 chairs for either dining, sitting, reading or playing games. Night lights are provided throughout the property for your children's comfort. The pool area is fully alarmed and safety bolts have been fitted to the patio doors for that extra piece of mind.
Keycode door entry for your arrival (no need to travel for miles to find an agent!). Fully licensed by the State of Florida and professionally managed and maintained by a local management company.

Renting our home gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, billiard tables, childrens play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop and shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).
