Our custom built home is a true one of a kind and offers the very best of everything for those that wish to vacation in pure luxury - A contemporary interior design, the very latest in technology & masses of space for even the largest of gatherings makes our home THE place to stay in Orlando.

At over 8000sq ft or air conditioned space and 10,000 sq ft of total undercover space our home features 7 bedroom suites with Private Bathrooms (5 King Suites with seating areas & two suites with two Queen Sized beds each), a Huge Family Room with seating for 14, a dedicated games room with seating area, pool table & air hockey, a separate study with third seating area, a Private movie theater with seating for 12 and much more!

State of the art technology is at the forefront of our home. Through the use of 6 in wall iPads the entire home can be controlled from a press of a button - Audio, climate control, lighting, security, the pool and much more are all accessed via simple user friendly controls.

The latest flat screen TVs also found throughout the home are complimented with a whole house movie server - Select from over 300 movies and TV titles at the press of a button on the remote. This system even allows you to pause a movie and change viewing locations to watch the rest!

Internet streaming of radio stations from around the world, a large collection of music to suit every taste preloaded for your enjoyment and iPod docks to allow you to play your own tunes make the most of the zoned audio featured in every major room and outside space.

The Swimming Pool is huge at over 50ft long by 22ft wide, with its freeform shape and resort styling it’s amongst the largest of pools available within a private holiday home in Orlando. A stunning waterfall feature, large sun shelf & the latest LED lighting create the perfect environment for you to enjoy your time in the water. A separate spa and kid’s splash pool add further options for our guests use.

The Summer Kitchen is fully equipped with the latest Viking appliances, a huge gas grill, two gas burners, two fridges, an ice maker, dishwasher and even an outdoor oven all clad in stainless steel - You may find you need not need to cater inside at all! With granite work surfaces, a full line up of small appliances and a further breakfast bar for casual al fresco dining here ensures that you can enjoy outdoor living as it was meant to be.

Needless to say, our 7 bedroom home at Formosa Gardens is the ideal choice for those looking for something different during their stay in Orlando.

****Our Luxury home has 13 TV’s overall. One is outside in the outdoor lounge and two are in ensuite bathroom’s – one in the grand master bathroom and the other in the girls “princess” bathroom.***
