Our luxury 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa is situated in the beautifully landscaped resort of Hampton Lakes in Davenport, Orlando, Florida.
This luxurious, fully air-conditioned villa offers spacious accommodation for up to fourteen people. It is ideally suited for either large families, multiple families or indeed groups of friends that wish to holiday together under one roof. The location of our villa offers the best of both worlds. Set amongst orange groves in the countryside and yet only minutes away from all the attractions of central Orlando.

The large south facing corner plot enjoys a 28ft extended pool and 50ft decking area, making it ideal as a relaxing retreat to recharge your batteries. At night the pool can be illuminated, perfect for those evenings dining al-fresco.

For your pleasure we have two dining areas. A bright and pleasant formal dining area with seating for 6 people, perfect for a special evening in. Or if you prefer something more casual, then go through the archway into the kitchen area where there is another table plus a breakfast bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the top of the range appliances. There is a large oven and hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. We have also added many extras to make your holiday as stress free as possible

The Master bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor and is furnished with a grand American King size bed, TV, dresser and walk in wardrobe. The en-suite is a bathroom of dreams with its oval bath, walk in double shower and ‛ his-n-hers ’ wash basins. Master bedrooms 2 and 3 are also furnished to a high standard. They both have queen size beds, TVs, fitted wardrobes, dresser and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 and 5 are both designed for the children in mind. Both of the rooms are filled with the magic of Disney. Bedroom 6 is a well-furnished double room again with TV, dresser and wardrobe

The villa also has a good size Games room. Amenities include TV, pool table, Playstation 2/DVD, darts and a variety of other games for all the family. We will also provide you with the equipment to use the communal facilities that Hampton lakes residents can use Free of charge.

The finishing touch to your luxurious villa holiday is your very own south facing private swimming pool, where you’ll get the sun 365 days a year. Just imagine the lazy hours spent relaxing, swimming, playing, sunbathing and using the BBQ to dine al-fresco. The 28ft x 14ft wide pool has steps into it for easy access and is fitted with underwater lighting for those romantic evenings.
