Nice four bedroom pool home located in the well established neighborhood of Lindfields. Equipped with everything you need to feel right at home and get started on your adventures. Close to many attractions, located just off of the 192. Plenty of comfortable pool furniture is provided including tables & chairs to seat 8 plus sun loungers. Two separate living rooms mean there is space for all the family to spread out & for those days spent at home, The open plan ground floor contains spacious lounge, with large TV, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher microwave fridge freezer, electric oven and hobs) utility room with washing machine and dryer, toilet and double garage. Sliding doors from the lounge lead to the pool area. To complete the ground floor, the larger than average luxury master bedroom suite is totally self contained with King size bed TV and luxury bathroom. First floor accommodation has 3 further beds and family bath, The Pool is fully screened. All linens, towels and hairdryers are provided.
