My home is situated at Westridge, a much sought after gated sub-division on the US27 just 10 minutes from Disney.With its own private pool, it has 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 Master with en-suite bathroom,1 double room and a twin bedded room sharing the second bathroom.All bedrooms have ceiling fans and televisions. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are availble.The lounge /dining area has comfy, deep sofa's ,52 inch HDTV ,dvd player and cd stereo system . Dine in style with a large glass dining suite which seats 6 people. , The pool area is large with seating for 6 guests and pool heat is INCLUDED in the rental price. The whole villa is fully air conditioned and can also be heated . Near to shops and restaurants, it also has easy access to Interstate 4 for Clearwater and the Gulf coast resorts.
