Our Villa is a vacation gem located in the much desired Orange Tree Community. The fully air conditioned and equipped house sleeps 8-10 and is located minutes from Disney and the restaurants and activities of the 192 corridor.

The entrance takes you into a formal living room and dining room. As you continue into the house, you arrive at the family room complete with cable TV, DVD and VCR. This room will provide hours of relaxation and family time. If you need to find out what is available in the area, just use the free WiFi for ideas.

The family room opens onto the large pool deck. The deck is furnished with table, chairs and lounge chairs for your enjoyment and relaxation while you watch the kids splash in the pool. Don't worry, the pool has been equipped with a removable safety fence so that young children can not accidentally wander into the pool area. Pool heat is available for an additional fee for those colder winter months.

The first master suite comes complete with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and separate tub. It has direct access to the pool area for easy entrance and exit from the pool. The second master suite contains a queen bed with en-suite bathroom with shower/tub and direct access to the pool. The remaining 2 bedrooms contain 2 twin beds each. An additional bathroom is located between these two bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with linens, alarm clocks, closet, dresser and nightstand.

The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you should need to prepare meals on your vacation. It has a coffee maker, toaster, utensils, can opener and many other amenities should you want to eat in during your stay. If desired, a charcoal grill can be rented from the management company during your vacation.

Orange Tree Community is close enough to Disney and restaurants to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet getaway if that is what you prefer. There is plenty to do within the community including tennis, soccer pitch, basketball, playground and over 5 acres of parkland.

The road names on Orange Tree are taken from either Tree's, Flowers or Birds you may see during your holiday in Orlando, Florida, our villas are located on Heron Hill Street, Osprey Hill Street, Ibis Hill Street, Samosa Hill Circle, Egret Hill Street, Magnolia Hill Street and Robin Hill Loop. Only minutes from supermarkets, shops and restaurants Orange Tree is an ideal spot for you to explore all the Disney Orlando theme parks and attractions

This fabulous community has its own five acre manicured grounds which include tennis courts, soccer pitch, basketball court and a super childrens' playground (Tot Lot). The whole area is surrounded by scented orange groves. The homes have all been constructed by the award winning builders Greater Homes, renowned for their excellent build quality. All homes stand on larger than average plots. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes drive away with a brand new Wal-Mart Superstore less than three minutes down the road. The community is very close to Lake Louisa State Park, a beautiful and really unique area within Central Florida. Rolling hills and scenic landscapes and lakes abound where visitors can swim, hike, bird-watch, picnic, fish, canoe and take part in the programmed nature study events. All manner of wildlife can be seen and enjoyed by all. If you enjoy golf you'll love Orange Tree. There are 20 golf courses within twenty minutes drive of the community including five championship courses in the Disney Resort area alone. Highlands Reserve Golf Club is less then 10 minutes away and boasts over 120 feet of elevation changes, making it one of the few hilly courses around. Most of the courses are open to the public, requiring no membership, only the payment of green fees.
