This villa is in a quiet development surrounded by conservation woodland but is only under 15 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks. Its convenient location also means that you can reach Universal Studios in less than 30 minutes and Seaworld in 20 minutes. Orlando Airport is 30 minutes drive. The villa is 5 minutes from junction 28 of the I4 at the Champions gate exit. These are your nearest shops including supermarket, pharmacist, fast food and petrol station. Only a little further and you have available the many shops and restaurants on the 192 highway. The villa is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property which can sleep 9 comfortably with almost 1800 square feet of living accommodation. There is a swimming pool and spa which has optional heating. There are sun loungers, patio table and chairs for your enjoyment with covered lanai and ceiling fan. There are two master bedrooms both with en-suite facilities.There is a room with a queen bed, a room with twin beds and the remaining room has a day bed and each bedroom has a TV.We have a cot and high chair available if required. A fully fitted kitchen makes catering easy if you do not wish to eat out and there is a separate laundry room. Adjacent to the kitchen is a nook with a breakfast table. All furnishings have been carefully chosen to make our guests comfortable. The lovely family lounge which has patio doors to the pool area has a sectional sofa with a TV/DVD. There is a formal dining area which comfortably seats 6 people. The villa is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in every room in order to keep you cool on those hot Florida days. Community InformationThe location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets.
