A spacious Orlando resort area villa that comes with 2 master bedrooms, with TV’s & ensuites (one bathroom has a walk in oversized shower & large garden tub with separate WC & walk in wardrobe), a twin bedroom, & bunk bedroom along with 3rd bathroom opens onto the sunny pool area.

The home aslo has a separate living room, separate family room, dining area, a dining kitchen with breakfast bar & a private screened pool.

This villa is full of luxury throughout & is expected to attend to our guests every need. Features include a large 37" and 42' flat screen TV. Cable TV with 140+ channels, FREE broadband internet & Wifi, DVD player, CD Player/radio and Xbox 360

Westridge is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic). The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.

The community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests. If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses. Westridge is the perfect place for golf fanatics on holiday with non-golf fans, as although Westridge, Florida is a golfing community, it is ideally situated to explore the numerous world famous attractions of Florida. Surrounding Westridge are over 20 golf courses to choose from, all offering luxury facilities and excellent club houses where you can recuperate after a testing round, or relax if you have dropped a few shots on your way round!
