Situated on Westridge, just 15 minutes drive from Disney gates among the rolling hills of sunny Florida countryside. This is a large 5 bedroom home overlooking a small lake and woodland. From the rear of the property you can view Florida wild life so bring your binoculars. This home also has the benefit of a games room containing a pool table. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The master bedroom has a four poster bed. The home offers a large family room with patio doors leading to the swimming pool and lanai, There formal and informal dining areas, a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer, separate utility room with a washer and dryer, cable TV., and DVD. There is a TV in each bedroom and a large flat screen TV in the lounge. The lounge TV has a full cable package including soccer,other sports and movies. You can even get UK soccer. In addition for the convenience of our guests telephone calls within the USA or Canada are free. There is also free wifi so bring your own laptop. The resort has communal tennis, volley ball, basket ball and a children’s play area. Close by, a few minutes drive from the villa, you will find good restaurants including the popular fast foods, supermarkets and other great shopping. Next door to the estate there is a golf course, and within a few minutes drive there is the world famous Champion Gate Golf course.
The home backs onto a lake with 15 miles of woodland and conservation area beyond. From the villa you can enjoy views of Florida wild life including amazing birds, deer, and alligators! This is the perfect setting for relaxed Florida living and is just 12 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and close to all the other excitement that has made Central Florida the world's number one tourist attraction.

Our minimum stay during the peak season is 14 nights. Other seasons are 7 nights unless there is a suitable gap. Our calendars are updated daily so you can check. For bookings less than 7 nights there is an additional cleaning charge of $80 OR £50.

Community Information

Westridge is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic). The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.

The community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests. If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses. Westridge is the perfect place for golf fanatics on holiday with non-golf fans, as although Westridge, Florida is a golfing community, it is ideally situated to explore the numerous world famous attractions of Florida. Surrounding Westridge are over 20 golf courses to choose from, all offering luxury facilities and excellent club houses where you can recuperate after a testing round, or relax if you have dropped a few shots on your way round!
