Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath home with own private pool, games room, wifi access and all other mod cons. Surrounded by conservation area and overlooking a lake, with communal children's play area. Quite and peaceful and yet close to all main Orlando attractions and a myriad of shops and restaurants, all just a short drive away. Our home is tastefully decorated and furnished, and everything is provided for our guests' comfort.

LOUNGE
Two very comfortable sofas (one a pull-out Queen size bed), soft lighting and coffee table, fully stocked bookcase which is provided for our guests to use - please feel free to take an unfinished book home with you but if you can, try and replace it with another. This leads straight into:

FAMILY ROOM
Two comfortable leather sofas, TV, DVD, stereo, Playstation, side tables and many different puzzles and games. French windows lead out to pool area overlooking lake. Leads into:

BREAKFAST NOOK
Seating for six people at wrought iron dining table with newly upholstered chairs. Two additional bar chairs at the breakfast bar. Window looks out onto pool area. Leads into:

KITCHEN
Huge larder, large fridge with separate big freezer complete with ice-maker, dishwasher, sink with filter taps, gas oven and hob,telephone,coffee maker, electric kettle, waffle maker, popcorn maker and all crockery and cutlery you will need. Melamine and plastic cups, bowls etc provided for use in the pool area. We even have a proper teapot!

Laminate flooring throughout living areas and floor tiling in the kitchen. All bedrooms are fully carpeted and bathroom floors are tiled.

MASTER BEDROOM
Beautiful wicker bedroom furniture, TV with integrated DVD and video (remember those?!) and a HUGE Florida king-sized bed, with bedside tables, lamps, alarm clock and telephone. French doors leading to pool area. Ceiling fan. Plenty of drawer space. Leads into:

EN-SUITE BATHROOM
Separate WC, large walk-in closet, sink, vanity unit with overhead lighting, and very large walk-in shower cubicle. Hair-dryer provided.

SECOND BEDROOM
Large walk-in closet with additional drawer and cubboard space inside. Queen sized bed with bedside tables, lamps and alarm clock. TV with integrated DVD player and mirror.

THIRD BEDROOM
Two twin beds, chest of drawers, walk-in closed and toys. TV with integrated DVD player.

SECOND BATHROOM
Sink in vanity unti, cubpoard space, WC, bath with shower unit overhead.

UTILITY ROOM
Washing machine, separate dryer, ironing board and iron, hoover, spare light bulbs and overhead storage for towels.

GAMES ROOM
Electronic inter-active dart board, fuseball table, air hockey and pool table. All equipment to enjoy these games are provided. Fishing rods and reels also provided for our guests' enjoyment. Stereo system.

OUTSIDE AREA
Large pool with integrated lighting, seating, table with parasol, sunloungers, side tables, out-side light and ceiling fan, clock and BBQ. Speakers operating from stereo inside in the family area can enable our guests to enjoy music whilst out on the deck area without the need for keeping doors open.
