It is close to Orlando’s famous attractions, Kissimmee’s Old Town with its fairgrounds, vintage car and bike parades. Shopping, restaurants, air boat rides, horse riding, petting farm, nature trails, champion golf courses and fishing are also close by.

POOL
The large (30’ x 15’) south facing pool is not overlooked as property is surrounded by a fence – giving privacy whilst in the pool or just relaxing on the luxury pool furniture. Large lanai gives shade when eating al fresco. We can arrange hire of BBQ (optional). During the winter months optional pool heating is available.

VILLA DETAILS
Fully air conditioned for your comfort, our executive home has been tastefully decorated and furnished. Alarm system plus a safety alarm on pool door. Main reception areas downstairs tiled (2011). Bring your own laptop to connect to free wireless internet; free local and national calls.

The comfortable furniture (replaced 2011) consists of two x 3-seater sofas and one 2-seater. For entertainment there is a TV, DVD, music centre and books (novels).

This is located just south of Highway 192, in a rural setting and is ideal for all the Disney theme parks, Orlando attractions, local restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses. Crescent lakes is set in Beautifully landscaped grounds surrounded palm trees in a tranquil location with real florida style.

There are shops and super-markets near-by, as well as many restaurants and other activities (such as the worlds largest Sky-Coaster - a 300 foot free fall on the end of a steel rope). Near-by Kissimmee Old Town is well worth a visit, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and weekend car cruises. A 15 minute drive will get you to Boggy Creek Airboat rides where you can take an exciting ride over some of Florida's marsh-lands and, again, see all sorts of wild creatures. Paragliding is also available over the lake, as well as jet-skiing and speed-boating.
