This beautiful Villa is situated on the very popular Westridge, on the US 27 road offers incredible value for money. It is within convenient reach of all the main attractions. You enter through double doors & into the air conditioned, fully furnished, open plan living & dining area.Virtually the entire living area has a view of the pool & spa area. There is plenty of seating & tables and large patio doors leading to the pool area. For your entertainment there is cable TV in the family area and the master bedroom The kitchen contains all of the things you would expect to find around the home such as fridge/freezer, oven/hob, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, iron & board, cutlery & crockery. An adjoining utility room features washer / dryer. Master bedroom features a king size bed & has double doors overlooking the patio & pool area, great for an early morning swim! The En Suite bathroom includes round bath, seperate shower, 2 basins & WC. Towels are provided. The second bedroom features a bed with large wardrobe space.The separate bathroom includes shower cubicle, Bedrooms 3 & 4 are identically equipped with twin beds and share an adjoining bathroom which features bath with built in shower, sink & WC. The pool & patio area is south facing + a lanai, The pool/spa are heated as an optional extra via gas heating which is not effected by inclement weather. For your enjoyment there is a games room with a pool table and air hockey. There is also a small office area with desk, computer and wifi. There is a local manager to look after you during your stay.

Westridge is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic). The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.

The community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests. If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses. Westridge is the perfect place for golf fanatics on holiday with non-golf fans, as although Westridge, Florida is a golfing community, it is ideally situated to explore the numerous world famous attractions of Florida. Surrounding Westridge are over 20 golf courses to choose from, all offering luxury facilities and excellent club houses where you can recuperate after a testing round, or relax if you have dropped a few shots on your way round!
