Our beautiful villa occupies a large corner plot in this most prestigious area of Orlando. It is our home in the Sunshine State & so naturally has all the comforts & amenities you would expect to be in your own home,including those extras like hair dryers in all bathrooms & a teapot for us Brits.There are 3 TV's,a DVD player with DVD's,VCR,& a Music Centre with CD's & Tapes,as well as Family games & 2 bikes for the energetic.Outside on our extended & screened deck we have poolside loungers & under the covered lanai there is a BBQ with table & chairs.Our glorious pool & spa can be heated in the cooler winter months for all year enjoyment & at nightime can be lit with multi coloured fibre optic lights to enhance your evening swim.We also have pool inflatables for added enjoyment.Best of all we are just 5 mins from Disney 15 mins from other theme parks in Orlando & 2 mins from local shops & restaurants.All this within easy reach yet so quiet in a conservation area & behind woodland,truly the best of both worlds.This is why our guests keep returning,& for your peace of mind we have a local management company on call 24/7.

The pool area is completely private being surrounded with a flowering hedge and beautiful palm trees.A large extended deck with enough sun loungers for all and patio table and chairs under the covered lanai,an essential in the hot summer months especially with young children.There is a gas BBQ for al fresco dining and the 28x12 pool and spa can be heated in the cooler winter months if needed.
