Our villa is situated on the prestigious 24hour security gated community of Emerald Island that is 3 miles to Disney and close to the other famous attractions such as universal. Our home is fully air conditioned, which is ideal for keeping cool from the Florida Heat, also can provide heating-If needed. After a tiring time at the Floridian Attractions, what more do you need than a soak/swim in our massive 30ft x 15ft straight sided custom built pool that is part of our extended deck area 40x22ft (including pool) This deck and the pool is covered by a mesh. It is plenty big enough for you and all your friends / family to sit on the patio furniture or sunbathing on loungers to soak up that Florida sunshine morning to night. There is also a 6ton pool heater at an additional cost if required.
