Outstanding, beautiful 6 Bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa, on a premium lot overlooking a conservation area. Fully furnished to make your stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible and a real home away from home.
The villa has an open plan design allowing you to make the most of the wonderful views, magnificent extended deck, screened pool 30ft X 15 ft and spa area. Backing on to the lovely conservation area, you are assured of one of the best and most private positions on Windsor Palms.
The ground floor offers a luxury fitted kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar and family living area with 42" flat screen Plasma HDTV, DVD/Video & CD/HiFi. A very useful pool bathroom leads from this area to the deck and covered lanai. All pool doors are alarmed. Meals can also be taken on the covered patio at the pool dining area.
There are two ground floor master suites with a King and Queen bed, both have super ensuite facilities and one with direct access to the pool. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. All bedrooms have cable TV. Also situated on the ground floor is a separate games area with foosball and airhockey and table tennis. Playstation games console and games.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, offering one king and two twin rooms and a bathroom situated off a minstrels gallery, overlooking the family room. In total we offer a 2 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twin beds.
The villa is fully air-conditioned with all the household amenities you could require. Large washing machine/tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, all bed linens and towels provided. We also offer cots, high chair and strollers.

Located approx 3 miles from Disney with Mystic Dunes Golf Club right next door. Renting our villa gives you membership to use the resort amenities absolutely FREE. A clubhouse and sundry shop, Olympic size heated outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, child pool, cinema, Wii games room, fitness centre, pool and table tennis tables, 2 floodlit tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and childrens play area.(Free use of all equipment). There is also a BBQ area, and shuttle bus service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).
A two minute drive takes you to an excellent shopping area with a superb selection of restaurants, take-aways, supermarket, doctors, beauticians and specialist shops, to name but a few. Miniature golf is also available very close by.
