If you require further amenities, Emerald Island comes with its own 4000 sq ft clubhouse. Within the clubhouse there is a fully equipped gym, free internet access, video arcade room, TV room with free coffee, giant heated pool and volleyball court. In our home we have ensured that guests are suitably catered for. The decking to the rear has been extended to the full width of the property to enable all the guests to enjoy the lake views. The POOL has been upgraded to the LARGEST AVAILABLE IN EMERALD ISLAND, THE SPA is also AN ADDED EXTRA just in case you wish to sooth your aching limbs after a full day at the theme parks.

There are THREE MASTER BEDROOMS, all with KING SIZED BEDS AND EN-SUITES to match. TWO QUEEN rooms and TWO TWINS that share two baths, access is also available via bedrooms (Jack & Jill).

The Family room is furnished in a contemporary style, with comfortable beige couches and matching coffee table.

For entertainment there is a 25" TV and DVD, CABLE TV is also installed in all the rooms along with TV's in each bedroom.

For further entertainment we have installed a games room in the garage which contains an 8ft pool table and a foosball.

INTERNET & E-MAIL ACCESS is via the Emerald Island clubhouse (4,000 sq ft). A large swimming pool and gymnasium are also available for guests at the clubhouse.

If you enjoy walking, Emerald Island has a trail through its woodlands, which provides you with an opportunity to appreciate Florida’s varied wild life.

NUMEROUS EATERIES such as Outback, Giovanni's Pizza, Red Lobster and Key W Cools Steakhouse (Our favorite) are within TWO MINUTES FROM EMERALD ISLAND to name a few.

Area: Emerald Island is situated just off the 192 and is only 6 minutes from Disney.

The area has an extensive array of eateries and grocery shopping. For example, 24 hour Walgreen store, restaurants such as Outback, Red Lobster, Key W Cools (Open pit steakhouse), TGI Friday and many more.
