Abeautifully furnished and professionally decorated. It has a luxurious feel and more importantly, an inviting and comfortable ambience . This is not a museum, it is a vacation home. We made sure our decor is upscale and stylish but not at the expense of your comfort. It is your home away from home. So kick off your shoes and relax.

As you enter the home you will be entering the living room which has a couch and a love seat with a coffee table and end tables with lamps. This room connects to the dining room which has a large formal dining table with seating for six.

As you are entering the living room you will see the first of six bedrooms. This beautiful bedroom has French doors and features a Queen Sized Bed with two end tables with two drawers each and an armoire with two larger drawers, a 19 inch TV and a DVD/VCR combo unit. There is a wall closet for hanging your cloths and a beautiful ceiling fan hanging from the cathedral ceiling.

Continuing on to the rear of the house you will find the kitchen and breakfast nook to your right. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, make coffee or tea, or use the blender for those tropical frozen drinks. It has a toaster, coffee maker, electric tea pot, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, pots, pans, dishware, glasses, tableware and a dishwasher. There is a sliding glass door in the breakfast nook that leads to the lanai and pool area. The breakfast nook has a table with four chairs and overlooks the pool area.

To the left of the kitchen is the family room. This room features a couch, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables with lamps and a wall unit holding a 27 inch cable TV, Sony Playstation 2 with games, stereo with CD and Cassette players and a DVD/VCR combo player. There is also a ceiling fan hanging from the vaulted ceiling.

We also provide games for the Playstations and Xbox and a video library with 20 Disney movies and 26 assorted other movies.

The hallway off the family room leads to the Master Bedroom Suite, the ground floor twin bed room, hall bathroom, laundry room and to the gameroom.

The Master Suite has a spacious bedroom with King Sized Bed, dresser with mirror, two night stands, ceiling fan, and a wall mounted 19 inch, cable TV. Through an archway are two walk in closets, one with a wall safe for your valuables, and the entrance to the Master Bathroom. The Master Bath has a separate tub, two wash basins and a large walk in shower. There is also a doorway leading out to the pool area so you do not have to walk all through the house when nature calls.

Remember Villa Fantasia 2 provides plenty of towels, bath, hand and pool, and each bathroom has a hair blow dryer. Just in case you were wondering.

Oh, by the way, for the little ones and of course their parents convenience, we also have two pack and plays, two high chairs, one booster seat and two double strollers, so there is no need to bring yours.

The next bedroom has Twin Beds, nightstand with two drawers and an armoire which has also has two drawers, a 19 inch TV, a DVD/VCR Combo, and a XBox with games.

There is a Hall Bathroom right across from the twin room that features a walk in shower.

At the end of the hall is the entrance to the Laundry Room which has a full size washer and dryer and an iron with ironing board. This room leads to the gameroom.

Now lets go upstairs.

As you walk up the stairs you will be overlooking the entire downstairs. Its a pretty nice view. We have a chair with foot rest and a floor lamp on the landing which makes a nice little reading area.

To the right of the landing is the second King Sized Bedroom. It also has a dresser with six drawers and mirror, 2 night stands with two drawers each, a large hanging closet and a wall mounted 19 inch cable TV. This room connects to the Third Bathroom which has a tub with shower.

The center upstairs bedroom is a Twin Bedroom. It has a night stand with 2 drawers, a five drawer dresser, a hanging closet, a 19 inch wall mounted TV with cable, a DVD/VCR Combo and a second Sony Playstation 2.

The sixth bedroom which is located on the second floor in front of the house has a Queen Sized bed, 3 night stands with 2 drawers each, a five drawer dresser, a hanging closet, and a 19 inch wall mounted cable TV with a DVD player. This bedroom and the twin bedroom both connect to the Fourth Bathroom with has a tub with shower.
We have a large Lanai and Patio Area which surrounds the In Ground Heated Pool and Spa. There is a table with eight cushioned chairs for outside dining. Three cushioned chaise lounge chairs and three cushioned chairs with ottomans for your relaxation. There are also three little tables so you have a resting spot for your drinks. Since we already know you will be spending most of your time, while your at the home, in the pool area, we have added a TV to the lanai. We also have a pool towel holder. The entire pool area is screened in to keep the bugs out and the screen backs up to a brick wall which provides you with more privacy. There are no homes directly behind us. You will feel the ultimate in relaxation.

We even provide the pool towels!!!
