Brand new 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home just completed April 2004. The property features 3 King-sized beds, 1 Queen and 2 full-beds plus a sleeper sofa, 3 full baths (2 have bath-tubs). It is located 2 miles from Disney in a gated resort community and is furnished and decorated by professional interior decorator. The home is 2216 square feet, with a south-facing heated pool with spa and extended deck. There are TVs and ceiling fans in ALL bedrooms, big-screen in family room and a PlayStation 2. Our home is baby friendly - (crib, high chair, outlet covers). All linens and towels are provided. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer,central air & heat, iron and ironing board, telephone service, patio tables and chairs. There is a shopping plaza about a mile away which has restaurants such as Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Carrabbas and Giordanos Italian restaurants, Subway and Dairy Queen, a medical care facility and a drug store.

This was a fantastic vacation home with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. The pool area was excellent with plenty of sun loungers so very relaxing! Emerald Island Resort is in a very convenient yet quiet location with all the restaurants, shops and theme parks being just a short drive away.
