Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with its own private swimming pool has everything you could need to make your trip to Florida all it should be. It is just twelve minutes from Walt Disney World but is located in a quiet community.

We also offer free international calls, and also the home is fitted with wireless broadband just bring along your laptop !!!!

Living Areas:
The large open plan Lounge has a 2 storey vaulted ceiling and doors to the pool area. The Dining Area seats 8 people and features a Breakfast Bar with access to the outside. The modern Kitchen is fully equipped including a large refrigerator, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and other appliances.

Master Bedrooms:
The Downstairs bedroom features a Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.Ideal for the less able who may have difficulty with stairs. The large Master bedroom has a king sized bed and features a walk-in closet as well as it own TV and VCR and cable .It has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Other Bedrooms:
The Twin bed bedroom shares the separate bathroom (below) with the Childrens bedroom which is decorated in a Disney theme and includes bunk beds,these two rooms also have cable T.V.

Exterior:
The Villa has a double garage at the front of the property and an exectutive size swimming pool at the rear. The pool is fully screened and offers views over a pond towards part of the protected nature reserve, 165 acres of which border the Bridgewater Crossing community. A lanai offers outdoor shade for those who are not sun worshippers.

Location & Surroundings:
Located at Bridgewater Crossing, a beautiful upscale community nestled among 165 acres of protected nature reserve, just 12 minutes from Walt Disney World. Other attractions of this community include a community swimming pool, a tennis and basketball court. A championship golf course and major supermarket are located just a couple of miles from the house.

The Bridgewater Crossing community itself is well equipped with a large pool, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball, barbecue and picnic area. For the younger ones a kiddies play area is just across the street.

There is a convenient 2 min walk to a nearby Gas station which sells food, drinks, and newspapers.

The Main Interstate Highway (I-4 junction 58) is five minutes away as is the Champions Gate Golf complex with its shopping & dining facilities.
