Drive for less than 10 minutes and you will be at Disney's Park Gates and 30 golf courses are within a half hour drive. If you would love to visit the sea, around an hour's drive will take you to either of the coasts making this a fantastic location. Within easy reach of 24 hour shops, restaurants etc. it is the perfect place – whatever you want to do during your Florida vacation.

FORMAL LOUNGE/DINING ROOM
Walking through the front door, you are immediately faced with the feeling of space and luxury. The beautifully furnished lounge where you can begin the evening with pre-dinner drinks before enjoying your meal seated in the formal dining room. Leading to

The family room where you can relax in the reclining settees in front of the large TV with DVD player. Should you tire of the many American TV stations, there is a selection of board games, DVDs, music and books.
KITCHEN / BREAKFAST ROOM
The fabulous fully fitted modern, oak kitchen and breakfast room contains eveyrhing you'll need including large hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with built in ice-maker, telephone and all essentials such as cutlery crockery, glassware etc. There is also a fitted garbage disposal system. The patio doors lead from here to the pool area.
POOL & SPA
The private screened 28 x 14 pool and spa tub overlook the conservation area providing a peaceful haven after a day at the parks or shopping malls. The extended decking together with the table, chairs and sunloungers give you ample space to enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is also a separate washroom and toilet beside the pool.

Beautifully furnished with King size bed, ensuite bath & shower, TV and hairdryer
GAMES ROOM
Everything you will need for indoor fun - pool table, table football, Air Hockey, Electronic Darts and bar table with chess set.
(UPSTAIRS) DEN
The first floor den has comfortable sofas and is equipped with a large TV, PS2 and a selection of games, CD Player and occasional tables providing a "chill out" space for you or the kids. There is also a computer linked to Broadband for your use.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master suite has double doors leading you into a huge bedroom with stunning four poster king size bed, en-suite bath with separate shower and his and her basins set into a luxurious vanity unit. There is a large walk-in wardrobe. The master suite has telephone, TV, and hairdryer.

The 3rd en-suite bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed, bath / shower and TV.
