This luxury 4 bed, 3 bathroom villa with private screened south facing pool and jacuzzi is situated on the very popular Indian Creek subdivision only 3.5 miles from Disney. This quiet residential estate includes two children’s playgrounds, tennis courts and baseball court and small putting green all free to Indian Creek guests. Includes HDTV in living room, TV’s, videos or DVDs in all bedrooms, PC with high speed internet, WIFI, printer, answer machine, PS2 games console. Suitable for 2 families.
GATHERING ROOM. The ample living room contains a three seater sofabed, two seater sofa and an armchair, glass topped coffee and side tables with lamps. For your entertainment the room is equipped with a TV, video recorder / DVD player. There is a wired in radio and entry system with controls throughout the property. For those very warm Floridian days and nights the air conditioning is supplemented with a ceiling fan.
KITCHEN AND DINING. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, telephone (all local calls are free) plus all the crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery you may need. There is also a range of kitchen ware safe to use around the pool and sun deck. There is a table and four chairs in the bay window of the kitchen and the formal Dining area is equipped with a large wooden dining table with six dining chairs.
MASTER BEDROOM. There are two master bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms . The back Master room has its own private access to the pool area via sliding doors, a king-size bed, TV with built in DVD player, ceiling fan. The en-suite facility has a large corner bath, walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit, toilet, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobe.
2ND MASTER BEDROOM, accessed from the living room, is equipped with a queen-size bed, TV with built video player, ceiling fan. The en-suite facility has a bath with shower, large vanity unit and toilet.
2 TWIN BEDDED ROOMS are situated at the side and rear of the villa. The bedroom at the rear has a TV with built in video play and looks onto the pool and sun deck. The side bedroom has a TV and PS2 games console. The bedrooms share a BATHROOM which has a bath with shower, vanity unit and toilet. The bathroom is conveniently situated between the two bedrooms and also provides facilities for people using the pool and sun deck area.
THE SOUTH FACING POOL AND JACUZZI measures 26ft x 13ft (for the winter months this can be heated to a wonderful 85°F) and together with the sun deck is contained within its own screening. You also benefit from increased privacy as the pool and sun deck is fully fenced and not overlooked by other properties. The pool and sun deck can be reached through the French doors at the south facing end of the Living room, the main bedroom and the lobby between the twin bedrooms, so there is easy access to the family bathroom. The pool area is child friendly and has a security fence fitted to comply with Florida State Law.
