As you enter this lovely home, you will be impressed with the soaring 17ft high ceilings in the spacious hallway and living room. The living room is a great place to relax in comfort after a busy day at the many attractions, there is an entertainment centre with TV, DVD/VCR and new slimline playstation2 with games.
The tastefully furnished dinning room has upgraded table and 6 dinning chairs, whilst the nook has a further dinning set with table and 4 chairs.
From the nook there are sliding doors to the lanai..
The kitchen has everything we think you will possibly need to have a great family meal. From wine glasses to dishwasher, from teaspoon to fridge/freezer with ice maker. With of course that most important coffee maker and teapot.
There is your own personal laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner.
The ground floor Master Suite has an American King size Bed and overlooks the West Facing pool and spa, there is a TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. The large en-suite has a corner tub, separate shower, vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelving.
The second Master Suite is up stairs and also overlooks the pool and spa, with a large fitted wardrobe, TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. En-suite has a full bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer.
The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms are both twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, TV’s and ceiling fans with fitted lamps. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom which consists of full bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet, and hairdryer.
There is a second DVD and a portable radio/cd/mp3 player which can be moved from room to room.
The 5th Bedroom is on the ground floor and has a large fitted wardrobe TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. Across from this bedroom is a shower room with vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer.
Fully equiped Garage/Games Room. Large Pool Table, 7'6" Air Hockey Table, 2 Bicycles, Badminton Rackets, Card Table & Chairs and Board Games.

What a fantastic resort to vacation at! I travelled with a hockey team taking part in a hockey tournament and we rented 4 villas for our stay in Orlando. The proximity to all the stores (grocery, drugstore, restaurant) was very handy, the 5 minute drive to the Disney parks much appreciated and the house's amenities made this trip not only a fun and relaxing one but very comfortable to boot.

We stayed at Villa No 2716, Lido Key, Emerald Island resort, Orlando and had a really nice time. The villa was well equiped as was the pool with loungers etc. Although we did not cook there, there was adequate facilities if required. We had a problem with the pool but phoned the telephone number in the book and the pool man was there that afternoon to correct the problem. Good location for Disney
and restaurants.

Fantastic Villa with everything we coud have asked for. The kids seem to prefer the villa to the Theme Parks!! Especially liked the gated entrance. Close to everything we required - Theme Parks, Shops, Airport etc. Best holiday we have had in years. Hope to come back in the next couple of years. Would recommend your service to everyone. This was our first time renting a home near Disney instead of staying inside of the parks. I will never stay inside again!! Your home was wonderful, our family loved it! The heated pool and amenities made our vacation perfect. The location is perfect, close to parks, restaurants, everything, best vacation we've ever had!! Beautiful and VERY CLEAN home, absolutely happy!!
