Highly recommended villa, only a short drive away from all of Orlando's main attractions and shopping districts. The villa is both clean and comes complete with everything that you would need to cater for both family or friends. A true home away from home. We had a wonderful time in your vacation home. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The games room was a huge hit, perfect for a house full of football players. We could tell you put time and effort in maintaining the house and it was appreciated by all the guests. Many rentals have broken down games in the game room but yours were well cared for. I would love to stay in the villa again, and many of the guys would like to book this villa for vacations with their families.

Orlando is always the first place we think of when trying to choose any holiday and this villa is in a superb location! My family found the villa to be extremely cnveniient for the Disney Parks, in fact it was closer to some of the parks than the actual Disney Accommodation! On the days when we just needed to relax, I can't think of a more comfortable, spacious, beautifully clean and fun villa in which I would rather stay while there. We all adored the pool and could stay in there all day - in fact it sometimes has a greater attraction than the theme parks!!!
Our holiday snaps are on our computer and your villa pops up so frequently and look so inviting, that we all wish we were back there. My son summed it up in one word - 'Awesome'.

The villa was perfect, It was clean, delightfully presented with the dining table plated up and the little touches made us feel very welcome. The amenities were fantastic, the boys love the games room and the swimming pool.

I would not hesitate in recommending this villa to anyone that was thinking of having a holiday in Florida, in fact I have already passed on details to 2 different sets of friends. It was perfectly located close to the Disney parks with a great parade of shops on the doorstep. We are already talking of returning in a couple of years.

Our three generations of family (6 months to 60 years) found the villa comfortable and perfectly presented, clean and pristine. The pool, games room, books, TV and internet access kept all of us entertained including my 3 year old granddaughter who particularly like the pool.
We particularly appreciated the quiet and secure location at Emerald Island and yet how close it was to shops, restaurants and of course the Disney Parks! No doubt we shall return to the parks in the future, and when we do we would like to be able to stay in your villa again; it did exactly what it said on the tin!
