Outside, there is a larger than average pool 30ft x 15ft with luxury patio furniture and covered lanai approached by three sets of patio doors from the Family Room, Breakfast Room and Queen Bedroom. It’s just perfect for dining al fresco or to sit and relax with an evening drink and watch the magical sunset.
The spacious family room with its double height cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan is overlooked by the skybridge, a centre piece of the home. It has a 32”cable TV, dvd/video, playstation and stereo system, together with a selection of DVD’s and video’s. Triple patio doors lead out to the covered lanai and fully screened 30ft x 15ft private heatable pool, spa/Jacuzzi pool, pool bathroom and shower. There is an extended pool deck and has luxury padded loungers, chairs, recliners and table. The home is not overlooked from the rear.
The fully equipped kitchen is fully fitted and includes cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker. All cooking utensils are provided to cater for all your needs. The Breakfast bar has seating for four. The laundry room has Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided.
The Breakfast nook with patio doors leading out to the pool has a table & seating for six.
The formal living area and dining room are an impressive setting and are the first things you see when entering our home. This caters for formal dining or a quieter living area for that ‘can’t put down book’. The upstairs lounge area, adjacent to the skybridge, has a further area for quiet sitting or for keeping up to date with those emails.
The oversized Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and includes dresser. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, his ‘n’ hers vanity units, large walk-in shower and 2 large walk-in closets.
There are two Queen suites each with twin rooms and private bathrooms. The ground floor Queen has patio doors leading to the pool and themed Winnie The Pooh twin. The upstairs suite has a twin Disney theme.
Our beautiful home is situated two minutes walk from tennis courts, kids playground and trees with walks. Whether you want to visit the Orlando attractions or just relax in the sun by the pool, the peaceful and convenient location provides the ingredients for a truly memorable vacation.

Orlando International airport is 30 minutes and Sanford International Airport 60 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches to the East, Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic coast are within about 60 minutes drive.
