Emerald Island Resort is considered one of the area’s finest Gated communities)and was voted the Best Florida Development by the prestigious International Property Awards,The Emerald Isle is built around a wooded area with a walking/jogging/biking trail. Shuttle services are available to the attractions.There is a clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre, clubroom, video games room, and computer room with internet access. My family stayed in this beautiful home for 1 week in middle May. The accomodations were wonderful and helped make this trip to Orlando better than we anticipated. The location was convenient not only to Disney, but other attractions as well, not to mention various restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The complex was gated and this made us all feel safe. The pool and hot tub were relaxing after walking the parks all day. There were 7 in our party and everyone had their own "space". I would reccommend this home to anyone needing
a house of this size and near the Disney Park. It was far more economical than renting hotel rooms. We would rent again in future trips to Orlando.

I just wanted to write a quick message and say a big thank you to you. We have had a wonderful Florida holiday and the villa was superb .
Better than we could have dreamed of.
We only had one snag - the pool thermostat broke apparently which made the water temp over 40 degrees for a couple of days which meant my four year old couldn't use it because it was too hot. However I rang the maintenance company and they came and fixed it within 2 days and it was fine from then on and we used it everyday!
Super place and great location and really clean - just lovely

Spent 3 weeks over christmas and New Year at Wayne and Johns villa, had a fantastic time. The villa is really lovely, very luxurious and nicely decorated. Pool was a big hit with our 8 and 6 year olds and the game room was also great fun. Villa is well equipped and days not spent at the parks were very relaxing spent at the villa. We look forward to going back soon.

We just returned from our stay at your villa at Emerald Island and have to say it was absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of room for two families. The furnishing in the home is top of the line and extremely clean. We were all very impressed.
We arrived well after midnight to find the lights on and a "welcome to the villa" message on the answering machine. A very nice touch! We can not say enough about this home and will definelty return.

This was the 3rd time renting a villa in Florida and this was by far the nicest. We all had a fantastic time and although 8 of us were staying there we never once felt as though we were under each others feet. The games room was well used as was the pool, the beds were more comfortable than our own and the villa was very well equipped.
