Fully furnished with 5 good sized bedrooms, a dining room, breakfast nook and a spacious family room our villa is the perfect place to spend your Floridian holiday Why stay in our villa? My home offers your family a spacious and affordable way to enjoy your vacation in Florida.It is a home with all you could need from the enormous pool area to the indoor games area where you can have a game of pool,air hockey or table foosball all for no extra charge. You can keep in contact with your family and friends where ever they are in the world for NOTHING as Our villa offers you all FREE phone calls including local ,national ,international and cell. Or maybe you prefer to use the internet? Just log onto your web mail and tell the folks back home what a great time you are having in our villa as many times as you like as the internet is unlimited and FREE. Perhaps you would rather stay by the pool and enjoy our massive pool area with its 10 loungers and chairs and enjoy the sun all afternoon and evening. Is listening to music more your style? Then you can relax in the family room and listen to one of the many cd's we have provided for your enjoyment or watch a dvd we have a selection suitable for family viewing. Maybe you are the type who would enjoy the fun our playstation and eye toy can bring .Its great for all ages If your family prefers board games and reading then don't worry -Our villa has a supply of these as well-even dressing up clothes for your little ones both princes and princesses Whatever you want from a vacation Our villa can provide it and all for no extra charge to you .
The family living area is open plan to the breakfast nook and kitchen so even if mum (or dad) are making breakfast they are still close to the family. There are three sofas- two 3 seaters and a two and a large tv with dvd player video player and 3 disc stereo. For breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook which has great views over the pool area .It is open plan to the cow themed kitchen which is fully fitted with every type of appliance both small and large -from fridge to juicer and blender and there is a plentiful supply of crockery cutlery and glassware and serving dishes. There is also formal dining area should you want to celebrate in style. The laundry room is close by and means you don't need to take home dirty laundry !
The sumptous Gold and White master bedroom has a king sized bed and is decorated in a chinese theme .There is plenty of storage space and a TV with cable as well as an alarm clock radio.It has its own ensuite with twin basins large walk in shower and over sized bath tub.There is a large walk in closet which has the safe in it
The second king master room is decorated in soothing autumnal tones.Overlooking the front of the -house the queen room has a large walk in shower room , dressing table,two sets of drawers and a closet giving plenty of storage . The third room is a Queen .This one is decorated with opulent red and gold colours and reflects an Indian theme. It has a built in wardrobe for hanging space, bedside drawer space and a clock radio. The fourth room is a twin bedded room.Decorated with butterflies for the ladies in the group -this room over looks the pool area from the second floor and has a large closet plenty of drawer space clock radio and TV and can be made up with Tinkerbell bedding as an altgernative if you wish . These 2 rooms share the dolphin themed family bathroom which is nearby The fifth bedroom has twin beds and has a stars and stripes theme .It here here you will find the internet ready pc and printer , PS2 with eye toy and a tv .It makes a perfect childrens suite as it has access to its own Winnie -the -Pooh bathroom .
The over sized pool deck area at the back of the house is west facing so we get the sunshine all day from noon until sunset even in winter.There are enough padded loungers and chairs for 10 people as well as two tables with umbrellas and a covered lanai area . Also for your relaxation and enjoyment we have a hot tub .
All exit areas on to the pool are alarmed for your family's safety .We have a games room so you can have some family fun on the days away from the theme parks so why not organize a table football or snooker tournament ?
