Our Villa contains a large lounge area with vaulted ceilings, which is joined with a spacious dining room and kitchen area. 3 spacious bedrooms the master bedroom being ensuite.

The outside area has a very private screened freeform south facing pool with adjoining spa (Jacuzzi). The large decking offers plenty of seating and sun lounges and also has a covered lanai area. Also you will find a gas barbeque for guest use.
There is a double garage at the front of the house with electric door where you will find a high chair, cot and a pushchair for smaller children. These are provided free of charge

In the lounge you will find a large TV cabinet containing TV, DVD player and CD/radio player. There is a selection of movies for the guests to peruse at their pleasure. Wireless Internet access just bring your laptop. One of the larger sofas unfolds to create an extra queen size bed.

The dining area has a beautiful dinning table and seating for 6 with additional seating in the form of the matching 2 bar stools.

The kitchen has all the appliances you will need to make snacks, meals and picnics.
China and melamine crockery are provided for your use in and outside and there are electrical appliances inc. toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener etc.
There is also Dishwasher, range, microwave, American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser and waste disposal and water spray in the sink. Cool boxes and flasks are supplied for your picnic days.

There is a laundry closet which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for guests use throughout their stay.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, cable TV and VCR facilities, alarm clock and hairdryer with en-suite facilities including tub, shower and his and hers basins. The French doors lead out to the pool and lanai area.

The second bedroom has Queen size bed and Dresser and built in wardrobe and also boasts cable TV, alarm clock and hairdryer

The 3rd guest bedroom is decorated with MICKEY MOUSE and the room has bunk beds and one single bed, built in wardrobes and a MICKEY MOUSE TV and ‘Playstation’ console with games for your use.

The second bathroom, which has a bath, shower, vanity unit and toilet, is between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

All bed linens and towels are provided and the villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival

The south facing pool and spa is very private. As with most pools in Florida it is screened and you will enjoy the utmost seclusion whilst playing and relaxing around the pool.

There is a gas Bar-b-que for use and there are two sets of deck tables and chairs enabling a family of 8 to all sit in comfort. There are also 4 sun loungers for your use and a deck cabinet, which contains a CD and radio and has an outdoor lamp.

There is also a small deck cupboard, which you can store your sun cream and towels in, and a handy drying rack for those soggy towels. The portable CD player in the kitchen can also be used on the lanai, as there is an electrical point next to the deck cupboard.

Access to the pool area is through the patio doors in the living area or the French doors in master bedroom.

The area around the screen is planted with lush hibiscus bushes and other plants which add to the ambiance of the pool area, which at night is lit by fairy lights, pool lights and garden lights.
All rooms have smoke alarms for your safety.

This villa was very beautiful and out stay was perfect. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay! This villa was perfect for my husband and 3 girls, as well as my mother n law and her husband!! We had plenty of room. The pool was great and since we stayed in April for 10 days we added the pool heat. The baby essentials were perfect for my 9 month old daughter and the strollers. The stroller was perfect for out Disney vacation as well!! The home was very clean and ready to move in! We couldnt ask for anything else! We will definitly rent this place again!! The location was excellent to Disney and to CVS and the grocery store. Thanks again for everything the villa provided!!

We absolutely loved it. The kids wanted to stay in the villa rather than go to the parks!
It is home from home and it is equipped with everything. We didn't want to leave and would love to go back. It is in a lovely quiet area and yet so close to Disney world. It is by far the nicest place we have stayed! Two thumbs up!!!

We stayed at Villa Belle from December 27th, 2007 - January 3rd, 2008. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed having a comfortable home and swimming pool to come back to after spending the day at Disney World or at another local attraction. There was a beautiful Christmas tree set up in the living room which added a festive touch to our trip. We would love to stay at Villa Belle again sometime in the future!
