This spacious, luxurious villa is in a quiet desirable area - Glenbrook in Clermont - and is furnished in Floridian style. The Living Area is the quite area of the villa where you can relax away from the pool area. The fully fitted kitchen, includes a built-in microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer, telephone (all local calls are free), cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups, plus a raised bar area for breakfasting. The spacious living room comfortably holds a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sleeper sofa. Cable TV and a DVD player are provided as are TV's in each bedroom there is also Wireless internet connection altough you will need to take your own laptop. The villa has its own screened 26'x13' designer swimming pool with screen enclosure spa and Barbecue for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own home. Last, but by no means least, the Games Room - complete with pool table, air hockey, table football and darts - perfect after a day at at Disney for the children to play whilst you relax by the pool!

Glenbrook resort itself is a community with local management to cater for all your needs during your stay, leaving you free to enjoy all the attractions Florida has to offer. Not only will they ensure all aspects of the Villa are in working order but they can assist in booking attractions, ordering cabs etc. There is also a daily shuttle available to the Disney attractions. There are also numerous golf courses nearby that are suited to all standard of golfer from beginner to Professional. The following attractions are nearby:

There is a brand new shopping complex (with Sweetbay supermarket)within walking distance of the Villa.

There is a 'Walgreens' at the entrance to Glenbrook which is ideal for last minute and forgotten items such as milk, sugar, coffee, juice, etc. However, 1 mile south along the US27 there is a 'Winn Dixie' 24-hour supermarket (in the same shopping area there is a good pizza store and they do deliver!) Further down on the intersection with the 192 is a massive Walmarts which sells everything, and on the 192 there are a couple of shopping areas containing large 'Publix' supermarkets that contain deli's and also stock a range of English favourites. The resort also has a PS2 games library which is free of charge and its own Dvd film library.
