We were there for just one week, but it was wonderful. The villa was very clean and organized. It had great accomodations and was fully equipped with everything we needed. We just had to buy groceries. We had a family trip and everyone enjoyed it to the max. It was near all the Disney parks, as well as the restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. We will certainly be returning!!!

Words can not explain how happy I was with this vacation home. We are from Weimar Texas and this house was perfect! It was conveniently located minutes away from the ESPN World Wide Sports Complex where my son competed in track & field in the AAU Club Championship 2010. I have already been telling my co-workers and friends how nice my trip was. My 3 year old son loved his room at the vacation home it was decorated really nice. Upon arrival to the vacation home I had trouble connecting with the wireless internet, management came within minutes and helped me connect to the internet. I was not expecting management to respond so quickly. The vacation home and Emerald Resort was awesome, awesome, awesome! I will be going back soon...

I just want to thank Wayne, John and Steve so much for making our holiday the best experience possible, it was incredible.This was our families first time renting a home in Florida and they could not have possibly made the experience any easier. From selecting and booking the villa to taking care of our needs while there, it was all covered. Wayne even called me reagrding my first home selection to say he wasn't sure it was exactly what I had descibed as wanting and helped me choose the house that perfectly suited our needs.
The house was extremely clean and well kept, in a perfect location to everything, and while we there we had no problems contacting someone, Steve,who was there almost immediately to help us with a minor need regarding the telephone.Our pool was cleaned twice during our visit, and we were supplpied with plenty of towels to use during our stay.Thank you so much once again for helping us to create such a wonderful memory with our family. We look forward to returning.

We stayed at Villa JA616, Lido Key, Emerald Island Resort for 5 weeks this winter. Joe's home is lovely; very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was very clean and well equipped. Those who stayed with us and also visited were impressed with it. This is our 3rd year renting in the area and it was by far the best. Our family really enjoyed the pool area especially because of its cleanliness and the conservation area behind. Together with the game room it offered a great place to escape winter for us. We will certainly return and recommend it to others.

Myself and a couple of friends stayed at the Emerald Island resort in Orlando in September, and we had a fantastic time. The villa itself was beautiful and spacious, and was more than enough for all of us to enjoy,. The pool was clean and relaxing and the area was well kept and maintained, we plan on doing this again every couple of months. The home is close to Disney, as well as to all the theme parks, as well as to all the shopping malls and outlets you can imagine. Everything we needed was within a 5 mile radius, which saved us alot of driving around and wasting precious time. Thanks to Orlando4Villas, we truly had a great time!!

The stay at your villa was a great. The kids enjoyed having there own bed rooms and really enjoyed the pool. You may have rented this new villa out a little too soon. Cable was not hooked up yet, phones not hooked up yet and videos needed a code to watch.
Other than those few problems it was great. I would rent again. After comparing the price of a two bed hotel I'd spend the extra $30 any day for what we had.
