As the name suggests, this luxurious 3 bed roomed, 2.5 bath roomed villa backs on to the prettiest of lakes, which is surrounded by conservation, so no nosy neighbours! The lake is well established, and just at sunset it is the ideal place to sit and relax while watching the fish leaping for their final feed of the day.
The villa itself is situated on Drifting Lily Loop, an exclusive area of Oak Island Harbour and has everything you could possibly want from a vacation while at Disney World. Larger than a hotel suite, and luxurious well beyond what is typical of any vacation home.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned throughout, with a large master suite on the ground floor, hosting a sumptuous bath and shower room with Jacuzzi, all of which enjoys the fantastic lake view. The further 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen sized bed, the other with twin, are on the second floor and share the second bathroom, which also hosts shower facilities. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, breakfast dining area, separate dining area, formal living room, utility room and double garage complete the accommodation. All linen and towels are supplied. The garage also houses the gas bbq which can be wheeled outside for ease of use and a full sized pool table. There is also a broadband internet connection for those of you wanting to take a laptop computer situated in the den area.

Our home is fully furnished and comes fully equipped with linen, bath and pool towels, hairdryers, and 42"cable TV with DVD player in the main lounge and a TV in the master bed and den area. Washing machine & dryer, ironing facilities, & fully fitted kitchen. There is a full sized pool table in the garage. The gas for the BBQ can be obtained direct from our management company, at an additional cost of $65 - 1 week, who will connect it for you and even clean it after use - even better than home! This must be pre booked and paid for in advance if required.
