This beautifully furnished luxurious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom pool home is ideal for the guests who are looking for that perfect Disney vacation.

DOWNSTAIRS

Family Room and Kitchen

A large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling which is open to the kitchen and nook. This is the ideal area to relax and watch TV or a DVD with the rest of the family.

Kitchen

Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, side by side fridge freezer with built in ice-maker, kettle, telephone and other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Nook

Leading off from the kitchen an informal dining area with a table and 6 chairs. From the nook area you exit through patio doors that lead to the covered lanai and pool area.

Lounge

A quiet area of two settees for reading or a quiet cup of coffee

Dining Room

Located just off the lounge area our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating space for 10 people.

Master Bedroom 1

Situated downstairs with a luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. This bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a flat screen TV with cable TV.

The stunning spacious en suite bathroom has a vanity unit, tub, separate shower and WC.

Laundry Room

Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Games Room

To keep you entertained we have located a games room in the garage area and this contains a table and bar stools for your drinks, pool table, air-hockey, foosball/table soccer and darts.

Swimming Pool Area

The outside area is not overlooked at the rear by any other villa and looks out over a lake and a conservation area. There is a 30 x 15 feet swimming pool that can be heated if required and there is a spill over hot tub. The pool has a safety fence for the protection of younger children. The deck area has been extended to 40 x 30 feet to offer ample sunbathing space, with 8 chairs and two tables for that cool drink or meal outside and 6 sun loungers. A lanai (porch) measuring 40 x 10 feet offers a welcome shade area for those who do not want to spend all their time under the sun. All in all the back of the house has a 1600 sq ft area that offers all the amenities to swim, play and relax. The complete area is screened for your protection against the Florida insects. A gas barbeque is also available if requested at the time of booking. Whatever your choice you won’t be disappointed.

Our vacation villa is situated in Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, which is only 2 miles south west of Disney, Orlando, 1 mile from U.S. 192 and approximately 2 miles from Interstate Highway 4. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the major theme parks Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and the water parks Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach that are all within the 47 square mile Disney property. Sea World is only 14 miles and takes about 20 minutes, Universal Studios which is 18 miles away takes about 25 minutes. There are more than 30 golf courses in the area including the 5 within Disney. There are numerous restaurants in the area and you will be spoiled for choice if you like shopping, as there are numerous shopping malls within a very short drive. The brand new 'Mall at Millenia' has all of the latest designer names. Renowned beaches like Cocoa and Daytona and Kennedy Space Center are a 75 mile drive.

Agreat place to stay overall. Management responded to some needs quickly. Place was clean and well kept and appeared just as was described/pictured on line. It would be better to provide garbage bags as they are required for pick up and we had to run to store to purchase. (ALL garbage has to be bagged). Would also have appreciated a few more waste cans in bedroom, laundry room etc. A great place to vacation!

This was a very nice home for our large party to stay in. Private pool was great for all when we were not visiting the parks (which are very close by) The jacuzzi got very hot with the heat and felt great on tired muscles. There were plenty of towels (bath and beach) provided - very helpful. Great patio with plenty of outdoor seating. The home's layout gave privacy to all, especially with 5 1/2 baths. I had a wonderful vacation.. The vacation house that I stayed in was beautiful, it was truly a home away from home. I would recommend this house, and I will be planning my son senior trip with Orlando 4 Villas. The pool area was where I did most of my reading and just enjoying the family, the game room is where my father challenge other family member to a game of pool. If you just wanted to take a walk around the resort which was beautiful also. Having the house in the resort was very helpful, and the location was great just minutes away from the theme parks and shopping areas. See ya soon, I had a wonderful time and vacation. It just ended too soon!

We were looking for a suitable venue for our company's Business Planning Meeting (and for a mini break as well!).Paul's villa proved to be ideal on both counts; the 4 ensuite master bedrooms were perfect for our team, and the villa's internet facilities were invaluable. This is definitely executive class accommodation situated in a great location;also, the pool and tub were a first class way to relax at the end of a busy day. This villa ticks all the boxes - whether you're on holiday or business. Thoroughly recommended.

I took my family to Emerald Isle in August, the weather was great, but the villa we stayed in was fantastic, beautifully furnished and a wonderful pool, not over looked very private. We really could have just stayed in the villa and had a great time. It was very spacious plenty of room for everybody. We did not want to come home.
Disney is a great holiday, but staying in a villa makes it even more special.

What a fantastic resort to vacation at! I travelled with a hockey team taking part in a hockey tournament and we rented 4 villas for our stay in Orlando. The proximity to all the stores (grocery, drugstore, restaurant) was very handy, the 5 minute drive to the Disney parks much appreciated and the house's amenities made this trip not only a fun and relaxing one but very comfortable to boot.
