Villa Rosa is a 6 Bedroom, 5-1/2 Bath 5-Star Villa within 2 miles of Disney World.
This magnificent home has 1 King Master Bedroom suite with a huge bath including a 2-person Jacuzzi Tub and separate oversized shower. There are 3 additional Queen Bedroom Suites, each with their own separate Bath. The 2 twin bedrooms share a common bath. The King and Queen suites each have wall mounted 20" flat-screen TV's with built-in DVD players. The 2 twin bedrooms each have wall-mounted 14" flat-screen TV's with built-in DVD players.
The Family Room includes a 36" Sony Wega entertainment center with surround sound.
The fully equipped kitchen includes oversized refrigerator, glass top cooking surface, oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All the necessary items to allow you to cook gourmet meals or just heat up some snacks are provided. The kitchen breakfast nook provides casual dining while the beautiful Dining Room allows for a more formal or larger setting. The Living Room adds another intimate or casual gathering area. Separately controlled speakers allow for easy listening throughout the first level and the pool area.
And what an amazing pool it is. The 10' x 40' covered Lanai area with outdoor fans, allows full protection from the sun or elements while you relax on lounge chairs or have a relaxing meal. The 30' x 40' deck is fully enclosed with screening. The 16' x 32', built in, heated, tiled pool and separately heated Hot Tub can provide you with fun-in-the-sun swimming or intimate private time at night.
The 400 square foot game room provides everyone with a place to have fun, relax or just read a book. There is a wall mounted, 20" flat-screen TV with built-in DVD Player and Play Station 2.

There is a separate laundry room with an oversized washer and dryer so you really don't have to over pack.

Our third trip to Emerald Island and certainly our best, the villa was immaculate and catered for everyone in our party (from 3 year old to late 60's). The large pool area and covered lanai meant we ate every meal outside. The decor, finish and cleanliness of the villa were all first class. We visited in April 2009 and I would definitely recommend adding pool heat. Having stayed in villas managed by other companies I would also recommend Orlando4villas who were very helpful , knowledgeable and professional.
Emerald Island is a lovely resort - and perfect if you are planning a Disney led trip (less so if you are more centred on Universal/ Sea W etc.) We made a lot of use of the Emerlad Island clubhouse and park.

This house was very nice,well equipped.The pool area was great.This is the fifth house we have rented in this area and I would definitely return to this one if available.The only thing on my wish list for this one is a BBQ.
