The house is fully furnished and has everything you will need for your stay, making it a home from home. The local supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away situated in The Berry Town Centre also on Hwy 27 and there is another in the Champions Gate golf course and shopping complex which can also provide for all your food and self catering requirements. Walmarts is also within 5 minutes.

Pool area (Extended Deck Area)is south facing for sun all day and a shaded lanai (patio) with table, chairs and loungers provided, 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom facilities.Both with doors to patio and 1 with a bathroom door direct on to patio,2 twin bedrooms, (with TV, DVD, VCR - sharing the 3rd bathroom.
