The 2 master bedrooms also have a full bathroom cable tv playstation plus games queen size bed, and plenty of closet space
The other 2 bedrooms also have a tv in each room and 2 single beds in each room (ideal for children)and a hall bathroom to split!! It's perfect !!
This home also has a wonderful kitchen with all the little
things silverware cups plates bowls dishwasher stove oven microwave garbage disposal refridgerater freezer icemaker toaster coffee pot blender etc even a kitchen breakfast nook with a view of the private pool and spa which has stunning views of the lake in the back of the house There is a formal dining area for those special occasions
The living room area is perfect for relaxing and talking about the days events. The living room has cable t.v.
DVD stereo,and c.d.player.
There is nothing better than having a game room in your garage!!! This gameroom has a slate pool table,foosball table,dart board,cable t.v.and very nicely decorated (sports theme).

We spent 2 weeks at the Emerald Island Resort in July and August. It was extremely useful having Wayne's informative advice on which villa to stay in. Emerald Isle is a great spot for Disney. Close enough for a short drive to all the attractions, yet far enough away to relax away from the crowds. Loads of good restaurants very close by including two massive supermarkets. The house was immaculate and with the games room being extremely useful for those odd downpours. The pool was plenty hot enough for us without pool heat. The hot tub/Jacuzzi becomes hot very quickly when you have it running. The wireless internet seemed to work in the clubhouse. Only 2 free internet computers but if you’re happy to wait for five minutes we were always able to get access. Use the Sherberth Road to get to Disney (a very handy short cut). Would thoroughly recommend both the house and Orlando4villas.

This was the first time that we had rented in Florida and we were a little anxious as to what we would find! The Villa, however, more than lived up to our expectations. It was clean and comfortable and provided everything that we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were also perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the parks. We had a wonderful time and will certainly consider returning to the resort in the future.

Our Family had a great time at this Vacation Home! We had everything we needed and it was very relaxing. My Sprint internet card worked great! The kids had a great time and we stayed busy. The location was awsome. Thank you for great vacation.

This was our family's first trip to Orlando. This villa was wonderful!! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had a lot to keep us busy when we weren't off at the beach or the theme parks. Our whole family enjoyed the game room, and our girls had a blast playing in the pool, while my wife and I enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi. The location was perfect. It was close to all the Disney theme parks, as well as many wonderful restaurants, and grocery and liquor stores, yet you felt like you were in your own private, tropical paradise at the villa. The resort is beautiful. We will DEFINITELY be back again!!!

It was our first visit to Orlando, it was a family reunion, some from Mexico, anothers from Pensylvania, & California, We all enjoyed the house so much, it was spotless, & nice, the pool &, the game room was awesome. Very closed to all the parks, restaurants, grocery stores and muchh more. We had so much fun, that we definatelly will be back, hopefully next year. Thank you, so much Wayne for this priceless house. Our first visit to Orlandon and four family of our spent just over a week in this lovely villa. The villa was very comfortable and well maintained and had a wonderful games room thoroughly enjoyed by our two boys. The pool was great after a long hot day visiting the parks. The resort is immaculate and well located for Disney, Universal and Sea World. Nearby are good supermarket, shops and places to eat. We used several excellent restaurants for home deliveries too! A wonderful start to our holiday in the US and I am sure we will return again soon.
