Our Villa is nestled within the gated Emerald Island Resort. The owner has spared no expense in setting this fabulous and spectacular home out as a special vacation accommodation for the most discerning of guests.

Located on Emerald Island resort, our home is less than 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this fantastic vacation home is perfect for large or multi-family groups, sleeping up to 12 guests, and is conveniently located minutes from Disney and all of the shops and restaurants of Kissimmee.

Our Villa has a vaulted-ceiling family room for the whole family to relax in together, with sumptuous sofas and a love-seat, occasional tables, lamps, a large screen cable digital TV, DVD player, surround sound system, and a stereo unit. If you don't want to hang out with the rest of the family, go and play some board games or take the time out to read a book in our separate lounge area with sofa and love seat.

If that's not enough, then step out of the family room, onto the sun-drenched pool deck, and relax on the cushioned pool furniture as you soak in the rays. The extended pool deck surrounds the raised spa that cascades a waterfall in to the main, sparkling pool, where you can cool off and have some family fun together. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.

Sleeping at our Villa continues the trend of spoiling our guests! The first and second master bedrooms feature slumber-soft 4-poster king-size beds, each with nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, armoire, dresser, walk-in closet, cable TV, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, roman tub, step-in shower, plus a private toilet in one (downstairs), and a private master en-suite for the second master also. Even the third master bedroom provides a 4-poster king-size bed, with nightstand, dresser, cable TV, closet space and en-suite bathroom with toilet, mirrored vanity and bath/shower. A fourth bedroom also has a king-size (sorry - but this one isn't a 4-Poster!), and the two remaining bedrooms are the perfect “sleep-stations” for the kids, with 2 twin beds in each, a cable TV, plus nightstands, lamps and dressers and nearby family bathrooms.

If you can find the time between the family room, the pool and the theme parks nearby, then you may like to eat at our home. Of course, everything that you could possibly require to prepare a simple snack or a family feast has been provided to enjoy in the breakfast nook, or in the dining area off the lounge. A G.E water purifier provides guests with the perfect drinking water straight from the faucet in this fabulous home.

The Villa was beautiful plenty of space for 7 of us nice and light and the pool was great. Everything we needed in was in villa. Emerald Island is a fantastic location all the Disney parks being 5 minutes drive around the corner. We would book this location again and highly recommend.

Cinderella's Castle; could not have been dubbed a better name! My family of 10 had a great time! We enjoyed our vacation immensely!!! The villa was well equipped.
