This luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is located in Orange Tree on Highway 27, just 8 miles from Disney. For the avid golfers there are several top class GOLF COURSES nearby and we even supply a set each of mens and ladies GOLF CLUBS.

We want your vacation to be memorable and have tried to create a vacation villa that has something for everyone.

POOL AND SPA
After an exciting day at the parks revitalise yourself in the SPA or take a relaxing dip in the fully screened, SOUTH WEST FACING, 30ft x 15ft POOL which looks out onto orange trees. Alternatively you can relax and watch the sunset over the orange groves. For all the outdoors chefs amongst you, we supply a Park style Charcoal Barbecue and a full size Propane grill with an infrared heat grilling system.

GAMES ROOM
The games room has a 7ft POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE and ELECTRONIC DARTS. Plenty to keep you entertained when you are not visiting Orlando's attractions. There is also a COMPUTER with INTERNET ACCESS. If you decide to use the communities facilities, we have TENNIS RACKETS and BASKET BALL for you to use. If GOLF is your passion we supply two sets of GOLF CLUBS for use on the nearby golf courses.

1ST MASTER BEDROOM
Sleep in style in the magnificent KING SIZE BED or watch movies and programmes on the COMBI TV/VCR. This bedroom has patio doors onto the pool area, handy if you fancy a private midnight dip in the pool or spa. There is an ENSUITE BATHROOM that is the ultimate in luxury, boasting a large walk in shower, double vanity unit and roman bath.

2ND MASTER BEDROOM
This bedroom is equipped with a QUEEN SIZE BED and CABLE TV. It also has its own ENSUITE BATHROOM with overhead shower, bath and vanity unit. Both bedrooms have HAIRDRYERS AND RADIO ALARMS.

2 TWIN BEDROOMS
The twin bedrooms both have 2 twin beds and their own CABLE TV. They share a bathroom that has an overhead shower, bath and vanity unit.

We provide a HIGH CHAIR and a pack-n-play CRIB free of charge for our younger guests.

FAMILY ROOM
The large family room is the ideal place to relax and watch HBO CABLE TV or view the latest DVD or video on the VCR and DVD that are provided. Alternatively you could challenge the kids to a game on the PLAYSTATION 2. The family room has patio doors leading out onto the pool area which has a large lanai with table and plenty of seating to eat out alfresco.

DINING AREAS
The formal dining room has seating for six people here you can enjoy a leisurely meal and discuss the days happenings over a glass of wine. There is also a breakfast nook, situated in a bay window that catches the early morning sun. This has seating for a further four people.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has Dishwasher,fridge freezer with ICEMAKER, toaster, microwave, blender everything for a hassle free vacation and there's no need to take home a case of dirty washing because we also supply a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
