The Sunset Ridge community in Davenport sits in an ideal location for quick and easy access to Disneyworld and Orlando's major tourist attractions, whilst at the same time being convenient for golf courses, lakes, local shopping and dining. The tourist visitor centre at the entrance to the community has lots of helpful information on the many attractions of the area.
Driving past the visitor centre down through the orange groves and tree-lined roadway, you'll start to feel the tranquility as you approach the floral display at the community's landscaped entrance.
This gives precisely the feeling and the kind of place most people want to retreat to after busy days at the parks or shopping malls. The community is always peaceful and the home itself continues this theme, furnished to emphasise class, comfort, and total relaxation.
The newly equipped air-conditioned gamesroom offers a place for activities to keep the kids as well as the grown-ups happy, with its full-length pool table, air hockey, football, basketball, TV with playstation, bar with neon lights and sports pictures. We stayed in this villa for an extended family holiday over the Christmas and New Year period. There was 7 adults, 2 childen and a baby and the villa was just perfect. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty space. The house was very clean and has everything you would need to be comfortable - included TV's with cable in every bedroom. The highlight was the heated private pool and the games room - which kept the kids (and the big kids) ammused for hours! The house is very close to the Disney attractions. Walt Disney World is just a 10 minute drive. And the pretty town of Celebration is just a few miles down the I4. You're also very close to various shopping places, like malls, outlet malls and, very importantly, a Walmart. Take time to read the house notebook, it will answer many of your questions and it is very helpful. This is one trip that our family will remember for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this house!

This is by far the most beautiful home my family and I have spent a vacation in. Our set-up arrangements with John the owner were very efficient, friendly and trouble-free, and his local property managers also could'nt have been more helpful. The standard of accommodation was very high - lovely furnishings and decor, completely clean, extremely comfortable, well-equipped throughout, and very well- placed for all Orlando's attractions. We spent many leisurely hours by the pool which is totally private, and always found it to be clean and well-maintained. We would'nt hesitate to go back again, or to recommend this beautiful home to our family and friends
