Our Executive 5 bed, 3 bath Pool and Spa Villa is in a typical Floridian style, one storey, open-plan design. Our home sleeps 10 + Baby in perfect comfort.

Two twin bedrooms – cable, TV, closet and storage space. One hand painted with scene from Winnie the Poo.

Baby Equipment includes – Cot, Stroller, Highchair, bath, potty, bouncer, listening monitor, sterliser unit, bottles and feeding accessories.

Open Plan Living Area – The living room-dining room combination is
quite expansive and the vaulted ceiling with skylights make this room feel even more spacious. Large seating area with TV/DVD/VCR/Sony Playstation and Wii.

Kitchen Area – Fully equipped and contains a large nook area with a breakfast table and chairs.Oven and Hob, microwave, coffee maker,large fridge/freezer, pots and pans, blender, toaster, matching crockery and cutlery, dishwasher and disposal are all here.
All towels and linen provided
Deck/Pool area – dining table and chairs, sun loungers,
private screened large heatable pool and spa (when the jets are turned off,
this has been designed to double as a kiddy pool). Many tool floats
and games and patio furniture, sun loungers, bbq, beach towels provided. The pool has a safety fence around it.
Large Double Garage – contains full size washer and dryer, irone and ironing board, mop and hoover. We also have a full games room with slate bed pool table, fooseball, and golf game.

Indian Creek Community

Indian Creek is a young development conveniently situated 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World and with easy access to the other theme parks; it is an ideal holiday destination.

For excellent eating and shopping Highway 192 is only 1 mile away. The estate facilities includes a tennis court, jogging track, practice putting green, kiddies play area and sport pitch.
