The Villa is located on one of the signature lake lots on the exclusive Emerald Island gated resort and is tastefully furnished to the highest standards. The Villa is less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World but in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the property comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests and is perfect for family groups with children. The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has a comfortable sofa and an entertainment center with a cable TV and DVD.
Enjoying family meals together while on vacation couldn't be simpler. Choose to eat out at one of the many fine restaurants within minutes from the Villa, or to prepare a family feast or a quick snack in the well equipped kitchen. The bright and airy kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to cook up a family meal, or rustle up a snack.
Outside there is a shaded lanai with table and cushioned chairs that provides the perfect al-fresco dining spot and an optionally heated, private pool where the family can splash around or relax in the warm Florida sunshine. From the pool deck there are views of the tranquil lake that the villa is situated on and across the lake there is unspoilt woodland area as far as the eye can see. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks.
Sleeping accommodation at ? Villa includes a master bedroom, dressers, cable TV, closets, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a tub. The second master bedroom includes similar features. A third, Mickey’s Bedroom provides a Mickey’s bunk bed, cable TV dresser and closet space, and shares a family bathroom with the fourth bedroom. The last bedroom has 2 beds, cable TV, dressers, and closet space, with an adjacent shared bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned and there is a fully equipped laundry facility with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Travel cot and high chair for young children provided.
