A Beautifull 6 bed home with Lake View and South facing pool which overlooks the lake, an extended lanai with plenty of sun loungers, tables & chairs. A games room with full size pool table and air hockey table, table & chairs

Beautifully furnished to a very high standard sleeps up to 14 people
4 bedrooms have a king size bed with en-suite bathroom
2 Bedrooms have twin beds
A very comfortable and spacious Family room with large screen T.V.
There is also a dining room
The kitchen is fully equiped with all the appliances that you could need including electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, a huge refrigerator / freezer with ice maker and a large breakfast bar. A seperate laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board/iron and clothes airer. We provide plenty of linen and towels and also provide towels for around the pool.

For the comfort of the little people in your family we also provide a full size crib/bedding, highchair, stroller for you to use free of charge.

There is wireless high speed internet (free) and free local telephone calls.

Hi - we stayed at this villa a couple of years ago - I didn't realise you could leave feedback, hence the long delay. Anyway, this is a great villa, furnished to a very high standard and has every home comfort. The pool is great and very private. Its close to the parks, shops and restaurants....highly recommended.

Our party of 9 stayed in this 6 bedroom villa in July '08.
It was furnished to a high standard, with 4 en-suite bathrooms. Emerald Island is an excellent location for Disney.
We have stayed in several Kissemmee villas before, but this was the first time we have gone through Orlando4villas. I can highly recommend their quality service. We will be happy to use them again.
