Our Villa is on the gated community of Sunset Ride built by Mercedes Homes and is situated on the US27 a few hundred yards off the I-4 Davenport. Our villa is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with its own secluded pool situated in a cul-de-sac and backing onto conservation ground so its very quiet and private. The villa consists of two queen bedrooms en-suite on has direct access to the pool. There are 3 twin bedrooms with seperate bathroom, all bedrooms have tv. There is a large livingroom with leather sofas and chairs and a large tv with internet access, we have a den that consits of a sleeper sofa tv/dvd/hi-fi/psp3 The villa also has wirless boadband internet access and a free to use safe able to hold a standard laptop. The kitchen is fullly fitted and the dining area has a large extendable table and chairs, there is a seperate utility room with washer and drier. To the rear is the pool with extended deck for dining and lounging in the sun, the pool area is enclosed on three sides by the borda fence to the estate that backs onto conservation ground. At the top of the drive there are shops, restraunts and a pub and the new Posner Park shopping mall(JCPenny,Target,Belk,Bestbuy plus several other stores with new smaller outlets opening soon), close by are a walmart and publix store, we also have plenty of golf courses near by. Disney is appox 10 minuits away and Orlando Airport is appox 25 minuits away. This home will accomodate 12 people!!
