Highgate Park is a beautiful gated community surrounded by a conservation area. Our fabulous four bedroom villa is air conditioned throughout and furnished with love and attention to detail. Its layout makes it ideal for all sorts of groups and sharers to have the perfect vacation, or you can spoil yourself and enjoy the villa with its own pool just for yourself.

Only a short drive from the airport on Highway 27 you enter through the gates of Highgate Park to find beautiful homes and landscaped grounds. We have installed a key lockbox so you can go straight to the villa. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The great room really is the heart of this home, it has a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances you could ask for. It is also a good size so the cook can have lots of help - after all its your vacation too. There are 2 dining areas one formal and a breakfast nook for quick bites. The seating area has a large flat screen TV to compliment digital cable. One of the sofas opens out to a double bed to bring the capacity up to 10. The great room has direct access out to the pool area where the covered lanai offers a welcome shaded area with table and chairs to dine out if you wish. There are also loungers for the sun worshippers. The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months - please advise at time of booking. The whole area is screened for your comfort.The deck area has been extended to allow you to sit or sunbathe all around the pool- with extra loungers and side tables plus a barbeque you may never want to go out. Whether you want to spend all day in the sun or you need the shade an coolness of the lanai there is something for everyone.We are lucky to have sun on the deck from sunrise to sunset but with genuine shady areas for those who need to get out of the heat (particularly children)

The master suite has a king size bed in a room with direct access out to the pool area. There is a walk in closet and a stunning master bathroom -twin sinks, a garden tub, walk in shower and separate toilet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoins the second bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit and toilet.
The two twin bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom which is also divided into two areas - which makes the morning rush a little easier. We offer the option of Disney Princess or Toy Story bedding if you have younger children, plus crib, high chair, change mat, bed rail and door gate all to make your stay that much easier - FREE of charge.
All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs with full channel line up.
There is a laundry area so you can pack light- lots of room for the bargains in the shops.
We have a games room in the garage with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, basketball game.
We also have free broadband internet access if you need to keep in touch from Florida.
Our villa is manged by a local company who provide you with 24hr emergency cover if you should need it. (We hope not)
