We strive to ensure that we offer our guests an experience which exceeds the expectations of a holiday home in Orlando.

We know that choosing a venue for your holiday from the internet is difficult but we have done our very best to ensure that we not only offer you the comforts of a home from home but we provide you with the very best facilities which you wish for when choosing an executive villa for your holiday.

It is the finer points that make this villa stand out as one of the very best. The room sizes are impressive giving the children plenty of room in which to run around. All furniture and furnishings are top of the range but robust and sturdy. The attention to detail will highlight this villa as being the right choice for the discerning guest. The pool area is south facing and overlooks a protected conservation area. Having no other pools behind gives a great feeling of open space.

Why is our villa different from the many others?

Quite simply because for 2 months a year it’s our home. We have personally invested in the quality of the furniture and fittings so we ourselves can enjoy our holiday home in the same way that you hope to do so. We will honestly tell you that there are cheaper villas available BUT we also know that for all of us our holiday time is precious so why take a gamble on somewhere slightly cheaper when you can be assured of a high quality holiday home.

Dining table and padded chairs, pool toys and pool towels provided. State of the art hot tub also with multi coloured lighting and with complimentary water heating

Pool table, foosball, electronic darts, selection of board games, jigsaws and books. 2 Sofas with coffee table plus table and chairs for playing board games.CD player, radio and selection of CDs

30’ x 20’ with soft leather sofas, 51inch HDTV home theatre with DVD player. Large selection of DVDs plus a library of hard back books. Upgraded TV package - over 300 channels

Marble top table and leather chairs laid up for 6 but with room for 8

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
Dishwasher with free detergent, large 4 hob cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, ice-maker, electric kettle and 4 slice toaster. Top quality cookware, cutlery and electrical equipment, High chair.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH DRESSING ROOM, WALK IN CLOSET AND BATHROOM
7ft king bed, HDTV cable TV, DVD player, radio alarm clock, bathroom with 2 vanity sinks, double sized shower and hairdryer, top quality towels, wash cloths and linens (minimum 300 thread count)all provided. Pillows replaced every year. Overlooks pool area.

2ND MASTER SUITE adjoining bathroom and children's room

24 HOUR CARE
Our home is looked after by our highly professional management company who are based locally and are available to you for anything you may need. We are also on call 24 hours a day and are here to help you with any questions you may have.
Our management company offer a unique 'Meet and Greet' service which means they will come to the house to welcome you on your first morning after you have settled in. This provides you with a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have and helps you get to know the home and all the features it has to offer.

Strictly no smoking is allowed anywhere inside the villa, but ashtrays are provided outside in the pool area
