Sunshine Dream is a beautiful and well appointed villa nestled on the prestigious Solana resort situated on Highway 27, just north of I4 highway,the main road to the Disney parks. Solana follows on from the hugely successful sister resorts of Terra Verde and Emerald Island with an award winning design.
The resort is surrounded by an architectural wall with a secure gated entrance and is fully landscaped.
Your accommodation this consists of five bedrooms plus a sofabed, allowing upto 12 adults to sleep.
Family room
A large relaxing room with a dramatic vaulted ceiling furnished in luxury with an entertainment armoire housing a television,video and dvd player.Large patio doors to the pool and deck offer a great place to unwind and plan the next days adventures. Books and games are also supplied for some family time fun. A queen size sofa bed creates more space.
Master bedroom
An enormous room with king size bed situated on the ground floor with patio doors out to the pool. The en-suite bathroom boasts a corner bath, vanity unit, walk-in shower and wc. The walk-in wardrobes are eight feet square and offer plenty of storage for all that shopping!
The cable tv means you can go and escape from the family for a while or lie in bed and unwind. The ceiling fan helps keep the temperature down.
2nd Master bedroom
This double room is on the second floor with a Queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, cable TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. This tastefully co-ordinated room looks out over the pool.
Bedrooms 3 & 4
Both of these are situated on the second floor and share a bathroom.One bedroom is ideal for the children with a triple bunk bed (double bed on bottom with single above). The other themed bedroom has twin beds.
Bedroom 5
This twin room is situated on the ground floor and has matching furnishings, cable tv and a bathroom with walk in shower just across the hall.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven and enough pots and pans to prepare meals if you can be bothered and are not tempted by the huge range of restaurants and take aways. There is a breakfast bar with two stools where you can grab a snack or chat to the cook whilst they are preparing dinner. Adjacent to this is the nook with a table and chairs and patio doors leading onto the pooldeck.
Dining room
This formal dining room furnished with traditional table and chairs and is next to the kitchen.
Utility room and garage
The fabulous large American washing machine, drier, iron and board mean you can wash before you go home. Also offers yet more storage space.The double garage keeps that car cool and ready for action.
Pool,deck and spa
There is an undercover area ideal for al fresco dining and watching the kids in the pool. The pool measures 14' X 30' and has a spa attached. The surrounding sundeck is 30' X 40' and has sun loungers around the edge. The glorious sun shines on the pool from mid morming until evening.
For the younger guests there is a travel cot, highchair and alarmed security fencing so they can stay safe and you can have peace of mind.

Solana resort is an exclusive and purpose built gated community of vacation rental homes that features a large clubhouse with all the facilities that you would expect from a top rated vacation resort. Situated only minutes from Disney and near all the other central Florida attractions it is the ideal location for your vacation.
One of the highlights of Solana Resort is the fabulous Clubhouse with its resort size heated pool and spa. Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida. The large colourful deck area has ample loungers and is perfect for unwinding in the Florida sunshine. If you have children and want to take a little break from the sun there are cabanas to give a little shade. You can take a dip in the inviting blue waters of the pool to cool off, or why not relax in the spa with a nice cold drink?
If you feel a little more energetic there is a beach volleyball court and a recreation field if you wish to kick or throw a ball around or perhaps fly a kite with your children. If you want to do something a little more leisurely then on the other side of the pool is a golf putting green to practice for playing on one of the many top-rated golf courses that are nearby. Alternatively, if you are a bit more adventurous there is the 'climbing ribbon' which is very popular with older children. A 'tot-lot' is just about to be installed for younger children.
Inside the air-conditioned clubhouse there is a lovely large lounge area with a widescreen television which is perfect for relaxing out of the heat. If you want to burn off some energy there is a fantastic fitness room with all the popular equipment free for Solana guests use - cycling machines, running machines and multi-gym amongst others.
There is a cybercafe for checking you e-mails, keeping in touch with home or work, or making plans for a day out and about at the theme parks or other many other attractions that are nearby. The clubhouse also offers free wireless internet access if you wish to use your own laptop either inside or out by the pool.
For those that like arcade games there is a games room that has both popular modern arcade games along with a more traditional hockey game and pinball machines.
Drinks and snacks can be purchased from the front desk and there is a concierge service with helpful advice to help you plan your days out at Walt Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and the other theme parks. The friendly staff can also offer advice on nearby restaurants, shopping, golf courses or any other information that you may need to know. They are dedicated to helping guests with their vacation or conference needs.
