Sunset Lakes is a small, quiet, exclusive, gated community with luxury homes situated around two private lakes. Directly off Highway 192 and only minutes from Disney and all other attractions.

Our spacious luxury furnished home has the best of everything you need for a fantastic holiday with family or friends and is equipped to the highest standard. There is cable television in all the rooms and 2 DVD players and a VCR. FREE wireless internet access and FREE international, US long distance and local (non-toll) telephone calls to landlines are included in the rental charge as are FREE use of the BBQ and FREE use of the safe.

The en-suite master bedroom, with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck, has a king-size bed, dressing table, two bedside cabinets with lamps, cable TV and a music centre. Double doors lead you into the private bathroom with large Roman-style oval bath tub, walk-in shower, his and her basins, hair dryer and walk-in wardrobe.

The second bedroom, with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, built-in wardrobes, cable TV and a DVD player, shares a half bathroom (toilet and vanitory unit) with the third bedroom which has two twin beds, chest of drawers, lamp, built-in wardrobes and cable TV.

The fourth bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, lamp, built-in wardrobes, cable TV and is next to the second main bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin.

The spacious family room, with an enormous sliding glass door onto the pool deck, has two sofas, a coffee table, two side tables with lamps, and large cable TV with a DVD player and a VCR. A truly tranquil place to relax!

An adjoining dining area with table and chairs seats six and has its own door which opens onto the covered lanai area of the pool deck.

The great American kitchen with breakfast bar and stools has everything you could wish for: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, full cooker and microwave. All cutlery and crockery are provided, plus a set of outdoor crockery for use around the pool.

A separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer, with the iron and ironing board. So you can travel lightly!

The fantastic fully-screened pool with raised deck, pool seat and jacuzzi has unique fiber optic lighting and overlooks the peaceful lake where wildlife can often be seen. It is a marvelous way to relax after a hectic day in the theme parks or after a round of golf. The jacuzzi is fully automated and heated - just turn on the timer switch and relax in the warmth of the heated spa.

The surrounding 'cool' deck includes a shower and the shaded lanai has a ceiling fan giving comfort to outdoor eating. All the pool furniture is "top of the range" luxury and includes a table, four padded relaxer chairs with footstools and four padded chaise loungers. Pool towels are provided.

Sunset Lakes is a prestigious gated community ideally situated for all Central Florida’s main attractions. It is a small development of detached pool homes surrounding 2 natural lakes, which attract many varieties of fish and wildlife. Relaxing in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location it is hard to imagine that you are just 4 miles from Disney. Sunset Lakes is an oasis that provides the ideal place to retreat to after a long day at the Parks. Sit around your pool and watch the passing wildlife go by or pop back between parks to freshen up ready for your next adventure

Sunset Lakes is a well-maintained community set around 2 well stocked fishing lakes and conservation areas. The larger lake provides a small fishing pier and cabana, from which to enjoy romantic sunsets and view the Disney Fireworks. There are communal facilities available for all guests, comprising of a large swimming pool with changing facilities and sunloungers plus a play area for the youngsters.The beauty of Sunset Lakes is it's peaceful and rural location, yet so close to all the amenities and attractions. The shops and restaurants of H/W 192 are only minutes away by car or an approx 30-minute walk. Disney World can be reached within 10 minutes and The Universal Parks/Sea World is a 20-minute drive and there are numerous Golf Courses close by for the golf enthusiasts. With the newly opened Champions Gate Course only a short drive away. A little further a field are the beaches – the Atlantic Coast and Kennedy Space Centre are 1 hours drive and the nearest beach resort on the Gulf Coast of Clearwater will take you 1 1/2 hours to drive. Busch Gardens at Tampa is a little nearer and usually takes 1 hour to reach.
