Sunbreeze Villa is custom-built and exquisitely furnished and appointed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Surrounded by lush flora and fauna, this professionally landscaped villa backs onto a private lake affording lovely water views in a tranquil and private setting.
The WaterSong community club house is complete with resort-style pool and spa with a spacious lounge deck, a fitness centre, volleyball court, gathering rooms, sundry shop, cyber café, video arcade and children’s play area. The clubhouse offers full concierge service. (The clubhouse will be opening soon – construction is underway).
FAMILY ROOM/LOUNGE
The large informal sitting area with sumptuous sofas, coffee table, occasional tables and lamps, is the perfect place to recline while enjoying the entertainment center. This features a 50-inch plasma widescreen HDTV with a powerful surround-sound system and a DVD film library to suit the entire family. A pullout sofa here sleeps two.

This was the first time my family vacationed in Orlando outside of staying at Disney World Resorts. The Watersong Villa was great. A very spacious and beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. It had plenty of space and all the amenities that you could need. The bunk bed room and game room was a real hit with the kids and the adults loved the hot tub and the outside kitchen. If your looking for a place to stay close to the attractions, but out of the hustle and bustle of Disney than this is the house for you. I would definitely stay at this house again. Thanks!

This was our fourth year vacationing in Florida during Easter break - but our first time at this home and resort. The accommodations were terrific--the home was fabulous. It had everything we wanted and needed and more. The pool was heated and it was great. My husband and daughters loved the game room--I did too!!! We've already reserved again for next year. This will become our home away from home.

My family had the best vacation ever, this home truly made our holiday an unforgettable experience. It felt like home away from home. The house is immaculate and exquisitely decorated. The kids loved the pool and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. But best of all was the games room, it has all sorts of games and play station to keep the kids and the adults busy for hours. The villa was beyond our expectations, very clean, neat, comfortable, spacious and provided us with more than we needed. The house exceeded my expectations. Pictures did not do it justice. Very high quality furniture and electronics. Very comfortable bedding. Kids loved the Game Room which had more amenities than your average vacation home rental. Swimming pool and SPA was very clean and nicely heated for the winter month. Although there were only 4 of us, house is spacious enough for 3 small families without feeling claustrophobic. Kids loved the themed bunkbeds. As much as the kids loved Disney World, they actually wanted to stay home to enjoy the game room and swimming pool. This will definitely be my home away from home in Orlando.
